Healthy Glowing Skin

...A few weeks back, I reviewed the Clarins One Step Cleanser but with that there are a range of other products which can be used to keep your skin looking good. At the time when buying the Cleanser, I was also talked into buying the Exfoliating Cleanser as well. I wasn't just talked into it but did really need one as my skin was not looking as glowing and healthy as it used to, probably due to my busy schedule. I decided to buy it and see if it was any good, at the worst, I just wouldn't use it again, no big loss. Again, you don't always need to get a consultation by Clarins to know which of their products is best suited to you but I recommend it. But after my recent review on the BBC easy cook magazine, I actually realised that my cupboard contents were ridiculous and have been on two food shopping trips in the past day!! I have bought a selection of food from Tesco and Sainsbury's (couldn't get everything in Tesco) and I am going to review some different foods!! I'm going to start with Tesco healthy living chicken, cheese and bacon pie, as I had it about an hour ago and therefore have the fresh feeling of boxed dinner still lingering in my mouth!! It's in an orange squeezy tube with a flip lid. The product is slightly astringent smelling but only very slightly. ...the cloth underneath I was surprised at what I saw. I took the cloth and rubbed it together and it started to foam up, so I started to smooth it onto my skin and then even more foam came out. It lasts for a while so you can clean very thorough and get great results. You can use these cloths with cold water also it's up to you. The cloth doesn't run out of foam quickly but if you keep it under water and rinse it out then it will obviously be wsted and therefore finish too quickly. Usually when using this you apply the cloth gently rubbing all over then if there is enoguh foam do sections that need cleaned most. You then rinse out what is left in the cloth and soak up water to rinse your face. pat it dry and then once it is very dry you should have nice smooth skin and see some improvements, i definitely did. My skin had a healthy glow...
