Advantages: Nice smell, good bottle.

The mist applies to my hair very well & does not leave it greasy or sticky and it smells of melons which is quite nice and not too overpowering. While I am drying or straightening my hair it doesn't really make any difference to the amount of frizz that I have but my hair does feel less dry than normal and this makes me think that it is helping to protect my hair from all the heat stress that I put it under on a daily basis. Once my hair is styled it just looks the same as normal (only less dry as I've just mentioned) and overall I am quite pleased with this product but I wouldn't find myself buying it again for the full price of almost £4.00. Protection for my hair

...I must confess that for a number of years when it comes to blow drying and straightening my hair, I have neglected the protection side of things a little bit... i.e I've not bothered at all. This all changed a couple of months ago when I was buying some new shampoo and conditioner in Boots, I wanted some from the Aussie range which at the time happened to be on a 3 for 2 offer. I ummed and arred about what freebie to choose and ending up with the Heat Protection spray. A recommendable heat protection product

Disadvantages: doesn't enhance shine or image of health and doesn't smell all that good

...problems with hair damage from heated products when using Tresemme. The smell is unimpressive, it drowns out the sweet smell of shampoo or conditioner and replaces it with a dull smell of nothing in particular. I tend to use a spray that encourages gloss and smells very nice after use of Tresmme protection spray (and heated appliances). In a basic summary, I would recommend the use of any Tresemme product - so long as it works for your type of hair. As for the protection spray, I would recommend its use to prevent hair damage although I could also list better....

...Heat magazine....... I have to admit it, although rather ashamed to, but I love a bit of trashy celebrity gossip on a regular basis. I find reading about the lives of people who get paid to be under the spotlight sometimes rather uplifting and as my friends are mostly into the same things as me it gives us something else to chat mindlessly about that isn't work or children! Heat magazine is, I find, the best celebrity magazine available although costing fractionally more than others on the shelves it is worth paying that bit extra for. Advantages: Over the counter product providing good, fast pain relief for strained or sore muscles.
