...This film is due on general release in the UK shortly but I thought I'd write about it as I had a sneak preview. This PG film directed by Garry Marshall stars Kate Hudson as Helen Harris, a woman who "inherits" guardianship of her nieces and nephew when her sister and brother-in-law die in an accident. Joan Cusack and John Corbett co-star. The children are played rather well by Hayden Panettiere (Audrey), Spencer Breslin (Henry) and Abigail­ Breslin (Sarah). Helen's glamourous New York modelling world is turned upside down as she tries to be a parent. Her sister Jenny already has children and can't resist interfering. Gradually the two women come to an understanding, as they also come to terms with the loss of their other sister. Jenny doesn't work and she's rather self-righteous but she's actually quite jealous of her sister...

St Helens Goats Milk

Advantages: Tastes just like dairy milk
Disadvantages: a little more expensive than dairy milk

...ears. Goats milk is essentially the same as cows milk in terms of nutritional value but goats milk has about 20% less cholestrol than cows milk. It also containts less folic acid therefore expectant mums would require folic acid supplements to make up the difference if they made the switch. Other than that they are the same. There is no difference in taste or smell at all and when used as an ingredient in receipies e.g cakes, custard etc it behaves the same as cows milk. St Helens Goats milk comes in both whole and semi-skimmed forms in either 750ml or 1L cartons. I buy the Whole Milk 1L carton from Sainsburys. Unfortunately I can't remember how much it costs. £1.89 rings a bell but it seems rather expensive now that I see it written down :). Next time I'm there I'll take a closer look and update the review if necessary. Anyway...

...Helen Adams' Workout DVD. Just after Christmas, I purchased a 3-in-1 DVD collection including Helen Adams Dance Workout. Due to being busy and moving house, I never got around to doing any of them, but with a bit of time on my hands and a few extra inches on my waist and hips, I thought I'd give one of them a go. And I picked Helen first. I can remember her as a favourite from a certain reality TV show however many years ago so thought her DVD might be the most fun of the three. Day One: I took some body measurements ? hips, waist, bust and ?big? (so called as it is the widest part of me and inbetween my hips and waist) and tried out the DVD. I'm not boasting here, but I try to do exercise regularly. I often do a bit of boxing, skipping, cycling and sit-ups and have to admit that I found the aerobic part of the DVD slightly tame...

I was given Bridget Jones Diary By Helen Fielding and knew i probably would never read it. But today, i had a very long traveling day on a train so decided to take a book with me - this one. Started Reading it, and noticed that i could see Rennee Zelweggers face from the Movie Bridget Jones Diary. As i started reading it, i noticed i couldnt put it down, i read for three hours straight, til i got to my destination and three hours back til i got home. This book related alot to myself, with the weight, and i enjoyed very much reading the life of an average twenty something single female. ...The Natual Cocoa Butter Scrub is a great product in its own right, however personal preferance tends towards the Mint Julep scrub, based on mainly smell. However the Queen Helene brand produces mainly complimentary products especially the Queen Helene Moisturisers and Cremes. The product works, with an evident consistency of a scrub containing parts of walnut shell as the main means of exfolient. With the pure cocoa butter smoothness and the distinct smell, which is either loved or hated based on conversations I have had with other users.
