Advantages: another album for the collection, He's over the sad love songs. Disadvantages: Not much on my side.
...Manson does it again on ?highEnd Of Low?. His brilliantness to phrase and place words still ceases to amaze me. It has little thing similar to the original and I?m not talking ?Antichrist Superstar? (for you people who thought that was the beginning) I?m talking ?Portrait Of An American Family? and the spooky kids. In my opinion he goes back to the old school with guitar for sound instead of electronic.
The album is surprisingly good, all for a few songs like, ?Running To The Edge Of The World?, Acoustic songs are good from Marilyn Manson but not love songs. Don?t quite feel it. ?Into The Fire?, feel the same way. And ?Pretty As A Swastika? wasn?t quite feeling either didn?t quite understand the lyrics.
All and all its still a good album most all the songs were great. ?Four-Rusted Horses? interesting song love the county sound...
Advantages: Gameplay, graphics, storage, looks, the works Disadvantages: Not worth getting in addition to a first generation 360 due to the price
...Looking for a top end gaming machine? The Xbox 360 elite is the one for you. Superior to previous versions it comes guaranteed with a HDMI port for great high definition gaming (which is absolutely stunning - game videos and trailers melt seamlessly into actual gampeplay, you expect to keep watching the video for a few seconds before realising you are in control of gameplay). Together with this superior gaming quality comes superior storage (a whopping 120 gB compared to its measly 20gB predecessor).
Not only does this machine ooze quality on the inside, it looks spectacular compared to its predecessor. The black finish and silver trim with the standard xbox green lighting makes your mouth water in expectation of the superb HD gaming you are about to experience (as well as fitting in better with all your other entertainment...

Review of Microsoft Xbox 360
Advantages: Makes dry ends look and feel great. Disadvantages: None
...Introduction
Daily Results Dry End Serum is part of the Avon Advanced Techniques Professional Hair Care Range. It claims to 'put an end to split ends and its glossy formula instantly smoothes, nourishes and hydrates dry, damaged ends'.
Price
£4.50 per 30ml bottle. Avon have many half price and 2 for 1 offers on etc. Which are always good to look out for - and then stock up!
Packaging
Comes in a handy sized clear glass bottle with easy pump action to obtain serum.
Directions of use
It states that you put a small amount onto ends of wet or dry hair. Quite simple really!
My experience
I have combination hair - it is greasy at the roots and dry at the ends. As it is so greasy I have to wash it everyday, this then has a knock-on effect with the ends getting dry. I also use a hairdryer and straighteners daily. My hair is...

Review of Avon Dry End Serum
Advantages: Fun, energetic, and exciting Pop Punk. The band never take themselves too seriously. Disadvantages: The humour displayed on this album may not be to everyone's taste.
....
The music of Bowling For Soup is always amusing to listen to and it is this that makes their sound so appealing to me. I'm a great fan of light-hearted music, and Bowling For Soup are by all accounts a band that never take themselves too seriously. With track titles such as 'I'm Gay' and an album called 'The Great Burrito Extortion Case' in fact, I think it's clear for all to see just how serious this band take things and this is really quite a fresh thing to see in music today. Too many bands take themselves far too seriously and perhaps a few more bands should take a leaf out of Bowling For Soup's book and lighten up a little.
When listening to this album something gives me the impression that during their school days Bowling For Soup were never the coolest kids in their class. Tracks such as 'High School Never Ends' and 'Luckiest Loser...
...All in one printers are defiantly the future in printing. Basically for all those who don't know, an all in one printer is one which not only prints, but scans too, and some even have other capabilities too.
Getting an all in one works out a lot cheaper than buying things separately, also it looks a lot better than having a load of separate devices everywhere, and of course it also saves a lot of space on your desk.
Lexmark make a lot of printers and all in ones these days, this Lexmark X4550 is at the higher end of the range, however it will only cost you a great, £65 from most places.
The design of this model is very stylish indeed. It is like a very cool rounded slab design and is three main colours. White, aluminium and light grey.
The top white part of the printer is home to the scanner, this is very easy to use and you can...

Review of Lexmark X4550
..."The End of the Affair" is the last of Greene's so-called major Catholic novels - it explores the theme of love - love for self, love for another and love of God - and the themes of hate and guilt. All of these emotions are commonly felt throughout an affair but are also major parts of the Catholic Faith.
The novel is said to be based on an affair Greene had during the war and the characters of Bendrix and Sarah are loosely based on Greene and his lover.
"The End of the Affair" has been adapted into a film twice in 1955 and 1999. Greene's novels tend to work well on screen. Having seen the second adaptation, I found it quite true to the book and thought the actors were well cast.
The novel is set in 1940's London - during and after WWII. The novel centres on three pivotal characters - Bendrix, Sarah and Henry. Bendrix is a writer who...
Advantages: Facinating story Disadvantages: Long Chapters!!
...closed down Plastics factory that Roger Colborn ran and he is Jenny's new boyfriend.
My thoughts on the book:
I certainly enjoyed reading this novel. It was a high quality, exciting suspense thriller. In the past I have criticised the author for making plots that are overly elaborate but in this novel it seemed an excellent plot and one which was written superbly.
The first thing that struck me about the book was that it was set in Brighton. This for anyone who doesn't know is a seaside town on the South Coast and I place I have spent a couple of holidays. So I immediately could relate to the place and could through his writing picture what was being described to me.
I also felt the introduction to the book inside the front cover was excellent. Unlike many this actually gave you a decent size flavour of what the book was about...
Advantages: New Manson material and Twiggy's back! Disadvantages: It's actually quite dull.
...The HighEnd of Low is Marilyn Manson's latest album, after a seven-year wait for fans. The buzz prior to the release was that Manson was claiming it was as briliant as Antichrist Superstar, but since its release reviews have been mixed.
I'm going to review this as I listen to it for the first time. I'm a *bit* of a Manson fan; I used to think he was a bit of a prophet, but it's been a long time since he released anything as anthemic as "Fight Song" or "Beautiful People", and frankly I find his personal life a bit suspect. (Teenage girls? At his age? Oh, puh-leeze!) His pop covers are a good example of how his output has changed. They went from being utterly brilliant -- as with "Sweet Dreams" and "I Put a Spell on You" on the Smells like Children EP-- to being mediocre, teen movie soundtrack fodder as with his cover of "Tainted...
Advantages: Great vocals. tracks Disadvantages: One more ballad?
...**Introduction**
This is the third instalment of my Yolanda Adams reviews after reviewing "Believe" and "Day By Day" which were two of the three Yolanda Adams albums I requested for review a couple of weeks ago. Mountain High Valley Low is the third and final instalment for now and was the the first of the three released in 2000 compared to 2001 for Believe and 2005 for Day by Day, So with the release of her latest album this year I decided to complete the three requested album reviews now.
**Mountain High...Valley Low**
This is Yolanda Adam's major record label debut courtesy of the Elektra label. With a major label comes major names and that's the same here with two major names from the world of Music. Joining her on the album is the phenomenally successful production duo of Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis As well as Keith Thomas. This...

...Dead End
Release Date: 2003
Certificate 15
Approx Running Time: 85 mins
Director: Jean-Baptiste Andrea
Frank Harrington (Ray Wise) and his family are driving to his Mother-In-Laws house, to celebrate Christmas. In the car with him are his wife Laura (Lin Shaye), his daughter Marion (Alexandra Holden), his son Richard (Mick Cain) and Marion's boyfriend Brad (Billy Asher). The trip isn't very pleasant for Frank with an uneasy atmosphere between Marion and Brad, who aren't speaking to each other, his wife constantly nagging him about anything and everything, and his son doing his very best to annoy and wind everybody up, especially Brad, who he seems to have a dislike of. After singing a few christmas carols and a little more bickering between Frank and Laura, everyone in the car falls asleep, and frank continues driving, although...
