...We purchased a Hitachi 28" Pure Flat Screen TV in the January 2003 sales. A bargain reduced from £600 to £389. Unfortunately by February 2004 we had a problem with it. A grey screen with wavey diagonal lines and it kept turning itself off after about 5 seconds. Anyway - stupid like we didnt take the extended guarantee - which i would advise everyone to do - if you can afford it obviously. The TV was taken away by a local engineer and basically needed some extensive welding and it cost us £170 and we were left without the TV for 3 weeks. Well we werent happy as you can imagine so we tried to contact Hitachi. We telephoned our local Miller Brothers store who supplied it and they only had a fax number for Hitachi - nothing else !!! So I searched the web and found a few addresses and forward the original reciept...

Tooled right up in IT!

Advantages: Lots of tools to cover a multitude of jobs.
Disadvantages: Cheap feeling screwdriver.

...simply to remove the screws and separate the case. Fitting the new server into the server rack - simple. The hexagonal bolts that mount the server into the rack were catered for by the socket set. Fitted tight with plenty of torque on the grippy screwdriver handle, suprised me! Removing Hard drive retention screws in my laptop. - Easy. The door that holds this in place is a tiny screw which was easy to undo thanks to the mini screwdriver bit set. Replacing the faulty Power socket on a laptop. Required soldering to the motherboard. More complex but had the tools to complete it thanks to the toolkit. The pointed and fine tipped soldering iron allows for intricate work and the solder sucker was able to remove the residue. Advantages: Maynard James Keenan on vocals, excellent album artwork, outstanding transcendental music.
Disadvantages: not easy listening

...My favourite album of all time. Lateralus has some incredible haunting vocals and really intense proggy riffs with an experimental edge. ...I own both a Siberian Husky and a small, hairy being of not fixed breeding! , in Spain where the weather gets very hot and your dogs would much rather "shed in the shade" - or, all over the carpet. Anybody who has a husky will know they have double coats, a darker upper coat with a downy underlayer which for two years until I found this grooming tool was a nightmare, I used every brush and comb available, plus some horse tools which I thought worth a try, but to no avail ! My husky looked constantly as if the moths had been at him, except in November when there was a short pause. Cleaning the house was a nightmare and I never seemed to get rid of all the fluff from his undercoat. Then I discovered the Furminator ! It was fantastic, the terrace looked as if it had been coated in snow as all the undercoat came out so easily...

GERBER 800 MULTI TOOL - DON'T BUY ANYTHING ELSE

...Being a military man, I have had both a LEATHERMAN© and a GERBER© in the last 10 years, so am in a position to speak with authority on both. The Leatherman is a good tool. However, the Gerber 800 puts it in the shade. Gerber make several models of multitool, but I chose the 800 because it is the most robust and useful in terms of tools provided. It's official colour is 'champagne', I prefer to think of it more as 'light bronze'!!!! The 800 has 18 features, each of which has been thought out to be of ACTUAL use rather than fantasy use.
