...As a family of two adults and two teenagers, we have stayed twice now in this hotel, on two consecutive years. This year being our third on the trot holidaying in Orlando. We booked this hotel on our second trip and were so pleased with it we intend to go back again and again (if possible)! The first time we stayed in the tower which has fourteen floors and is adequately serviced by lifts. The room was very large, with two large beds, bathroom with shower over bath, microwave, safe, coffee maker, satellite tv, hairdryer, iron and board etc. The standard of cleanliness was excellent. The only drawback was that, with American Hotels being different to ours, our first impression was that it looked a bit like a tower block of flats, but you soon adapt and get used to it. ...This was my first ever experience of a Holiday Inn Express Hotel, but having stayed at this hotel recently I am sure I will be using this chain again. I found the Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham to be excellent value for money,very clean, well situated and with all the elements for a peaceful and agreable overnight stay. Location: The hotel is situated right in the centre of Cheltenham, a town which is on the edge of the Cotswolds and an agreable destination in its own right. No mum it's not a petrol station, it's the Holiday Inn Oxford.

Advantages: Great Price. Good location for roads. Next to park and ride, cheaper than paying for parking!
Disadvantages: Another Holiday Inn, nothing that unique about it. Surly reception staff.

We have had a rather turbulent year so my brother and I felt it was necessary to take my mother and father away for a birthday celebration as a family. We chose Holiday Inn because we had stayed at the hotel on many occasions before and were pleased with it and it's value for money. The hotel is located right by the Millenium Stadium. This was convenient for us because the auditioning for the X Factor took place in the Stadium. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the high street which was good! Advantages: Very near the airport.

...I stayed at the holiday Inn Gatwick with my family before and after flying out to the caribbean. It was clean and friendly and even the kids enjoyed it. The rooms were quite spacious with tea and coffe facilities. I even called reception as there was only one hot chocolate between the 2 children, and they were at our room within minutes with more sachets and packets of biscuits. We ate an evening meal there too and it wasn't too badly priced! We got up early the next morning and had a swim before catching our longhaul flight, which used up a bit of energy so the kids weren't too restless on the plane. All in all we loved it and would definitely stay again....

...I stayed in this Holiday Inn on New Year's Eve 2007, and was pleasantly surprised by the price of approximately £60 including breakfast; especially impressive given the normal hotel procedure of hiking up prices on 31st December. The hotel was easy to find (albeit with sat nav!), and the receptionist that greeted us was friendly and polite; directing us to our room which we found to be nothing short of clean, comfortable and pleasant. My husband in particular was happiest about the fact that they had a built in Playstation with the TV - albeit a Playstation One, it kept him entertained whilst I got ready to go out!
