Battle Los Angeles : Blew Me Away!

Advantages: Fist pumping marine action blended perfectly with subtle sentimental moments.
Disadvantages: Similarites with other films, but not a major flaw. Just get lost in the action and youll forget.

...I missed this film the first time around at the cinema, but was eagerly anticipating it, so when the cinema did a special screening of it I jumped at the chance to watch it. Battle Los Angeles bravely begins in the thick of the action, before going back to briefly explain the events. A supposed meteor ultimately turns out to be an alien invasion - yes the plot does sound cliched and over done...
