A wonderful home-theatre kit

...This home-theatre kit from Sony is first-rate in all key respects. The sound quality is excellent from the large sub-woofer and five tiny satellite speakers. The control box is neat and has the added bonus that it can be used upright or on its side .. the display can be turned through 90%. The build quality is as good as one would expect of Sony with all the speakers having a really solid feel and enough weight to avoid any annoying buzzing. The finish is silver which will match most modern TV/DVD set ups. I must admit I was a little unclear on the difference between a home theatre and home cinema kit when I began to look into this area. HOME CINEMA ON A BUDGET? TRY THESE.

Advantages: Small,unobtrusive satellite speakers.
Disadvantages: Not as good as larger speakers.

...I brought my set of tannoys 15 months ago and, at the time,they cost £300.Now,with a little searching around,they can be obtained for under £200. What you get in the box is five satellite speakers(two front,two rear and a centre speaker) plus a seperate powered subwoofer. You also get wall mounted supports for the two front and two rear speakers and all the speaker cables(i changed the cables to 79 stand q.e.d. speaker cable to improve the sound). Setting up the system is relatively easy:you just need an electric drill for the the wall mounted stands and once fitted,you just connect the cables to your home cinema amp. Easy!! Once you have connected everything,it is time to try out the system. My first reaction and i am sure yours will be the same was one of complete disbelief!! Carlisle United, a club associated with Blue as their colours have had a plain blue top (not including sleeves or trim here) for around the last 5, 6 years, but this new kit, made by Le cog Sportif took a slightly different approach. This kit features three colours, With a blue area on the left, with white next to that and with the red trim (its an extended trim) on the right hand side. These sections are cut diagonally and run all the way down into the shorts aswell. The sleeves are blue.
