...Someone made me his online friend and although I noticed at once that this person wasn´t interested in me a bit, I went over and had a look which was good in the greater scheme of things because I chanced on an opinion I hadn´t noticed before. The homepage the member has written an opinion on has been composed by a gay trucker for all English speaking gay truckers world wide. I won´t deal with this kind of homepage, it is more a website than a homepage, the owner remains in the background, people go there because of the content, even someone not at all familiar with the owner can derive pleasure from whatever is offered there. As I´m neither a trucker nor gay I haven´t clicked on the above mentioned homepage, but I´m sure that all internet users who´re both are content about its existence. Is this a homepage friend?

...I guess after over a year of use I should get around to making my views on this search engine known. I originally signed up when the site was known as mysearchfunds, a few months after I signed up it was renamed myhomepagesfriends, but the site itself is called myhpf. The site is designed to be a search engine with a difference, you get paid for the searches you do. So how well does it work? When you sign up you get the option to install it as one of the search boxes on your tool bar, when the myhpf box is the default search it will display your name so that you know it is the right box. Or you can set the myhpf page as one of your homepages. ...wanted the site to look like, he wanted content, design and stuff like that. (If only my mind had been blank that night!) A Personal Page is Born: After much clicking of mouse and tappety tapping of keyboard, “Jimblob’s Homepage” was brought kicking and screaming onto the World Wide Web. The homepage looks like a graffiti wall, (my idea ), with all the links spray painted onto it. “My Poetry” This is actually a bit of a lie. At first it was true, it was my poetry, but now I have other peoples poetry on this page too. (all contributed willingly by friends and like minded poetry nuts). ...I would just like to write a review on my own thoughts on the new Ciao homepage, although at first I admit that I honestly thought that it was my own personal homepage - not the general one! But I think that I can honestly say thought, the change is not for the better in my own opinion. The general ideas have stayed the same, whereby you can sign in to your account (but obviosuly only if you are a member of course!); search for items, and look at those lists that show the most popular items and so on. In my opinion, this part of the service has remained as good and of a high quality or style as before. But in terms of the colours that have been added, it does nothing but anger me or make it look worse. In my mind, simplicity is better - by changing the colours to such a bld one as this is not helpful, particularly for those...
