...this is a great hoover,its designed with pets in mind as it is great at getting all the hair up off floors of all types. ...I bought this for my grandma who is getting old and needed something lightand easy to use. I bought this from an ebay shop that specialises in these. I got it very cheaply. Its great because its bagless. I thought only dyson did that!!! Well its pretty similar really , easy to empy and clean. The suction is pretty good not as good as my dyson but they are amazing. However its better than your average vaccuum, The design is pretty cute and its easy to store, it takes up little room. Its not noisy, pretty quiet really. Hoover Dustmanager Bagless Upright Cleaner.

Advantages: Extra long stair hose.
Disadvantages: Short flex.

...This hoover looks great but Im a little disappointed with it. The flex is shorter than an old hoover model that broke down after 11yrs of service. The handle seems shorter. Also you can't feel the suction from the front of the cleaner, I know im comparing it with the old model but I can't help it. The tools are in an inconvenient place at the back of the hoover because it make's it difficult to reattach the hose after stair cleaning. ( They get in the way). The bagless cassette you empty is small and for a larger house needs emptying at least twice. I have a black lab and we get alot of dog hair's i found it annoying not only emptying the cassette but also the pull out filter as it got clogged up with dog hair's , I accidently sucked up a grape and found that in the filter and not in the cassette , so watch you don't hoover up...

...AI bought this hoover after my trusty Henry gave up the ghost. I was looking for something cheap that would do what it says on the packet (so to speak). I only paid about £40 for this hoover & must say am very pleased with it, it has a 2000 watt motor so the suction is more than enough. The hose length is 1.5m with metal telescopic extension tubes, you can stretch it to hoover most of your stairs but I do find it easier to carry it up and place it on the steps (its narrow enough to stay there without tumbling to the bottom). It also has no problems picking up pet hair. It has a 2 litre dust collection box (bagless) with a washable filter. ...young teen took to it easily, always a good thing!! It has one year guarantee, with an extra 4 years on parts, but you pay labour (has to be repaired by Hoover at Hoover prices). They also offer you 4 years labour insurance at about £180, to be arranged within 30 days. What I like best is the big drum size, quick 15 minute wash, very high spin, and fact that the drum is quite high so loading isn't such a strain on the back. The porthole is very wide and the door opens wide, although not to a full 180. All in all I think it was a sound buy. I paid £359 from a local dealer including delivery and installation and taking away all packing. I could have probably got it cheaper from a big online store but I like to support local firms and knew they would give a trustworthy service as I have bought from them before.
