Their Customer Service staff were very professional and efficient and kept in touch with me every step of the way. The fitter was absolutely brilliant and transformed my dingy bathroom into a stunning wetroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he had to accommodate my work schedule, which he did without any complaints. His attention to detail was first class. I know its fashionable these days only to comment on negative experiences but I merely wanted to offset that with some positive feedback. I avoid Dolphin on "porpoise"

Advantages: One-stop shop for a complete bathroom rebuild
Disadvantages: Expensive. Watch out for the extras!

Advantages: Service is superb
Disadvantages: Location a bit remote

...We stayed at the Dolphin from the 4th-18th July and booked through Eclipse Direct (this is First Choice's sister company, so basically everything Eg: the rep, flight etc was First choice. We had a great holiday and this hotel went way beyond our expectations. The atmosphere is friendly and the clientelle are young couples, honeymooners,wedding parties, families with children (although they may struggle getting toddlers to eat the food). Luckily there weren't any lager louts etc. OUR ROOM: was room 84, a cottage room near to the beach front. Every morning from 7.30am about 15 ? 20 wild Dolphins come into the bay for a free feed. The price to see the Dolphins is only $6 per person and this money goes towards Dolphin Conservation. The Dolphins swim right up to shore and are literally around your feet; it is incredible to see such magnificent creatures so close up.
