Food is Appalling, Air Conditioning does not work properly.

...The Bella Vista Hotel, St Paul?s Bay, Malta. We stayed here from the 11th to the 18th of October 2014. I was not expecting much; I know that four stars normally equate to about two stars in the UK, but I did not expect it to be quite so dreadful. I?m not too fussy, a clean bathroom and a clean bed are my main priorities on a cheap holiday and I can forgive tired old hotels as long as they are...
