2 STAR HOTEL THAT SHOULD BE FAR MORE
Advantages: Excellent value for money and extremely clean and tidy
Disadvantages: Slightly to far to be able to walk to city centre
...the centre so that we could visit all the attractions on foot without having to rely on the car, but as we could not find anything central, we decided to go to the Hotel Santa Lucia.

The hotel itself is found on the Santiago ? Orense road, very close to another major road ? the A9 La Coruna ? Vigo. It is approximately 13 km from Santiago de Compostela...

Skiing/Snowboarding from Santiago.
Advantages: different unspoiled powder relaxed
Disadvantages: mid-priced
...About 2 hours east of Santiago are the ski resorts of La Parva, El Colorado and Valle Nevado. All 3 resorts are connected (you can ski between them if you have the right pass) and there are plenty of runs and some world-class off-piste. You can make the trip up and down from Santiago in a day but its worth taking two (at least) if you can ski or snowboard. As well as the resorts, there is a small...

Advantages: very good location, excellent accommodation
Disadvantages: none
....
The supermarket is just across the road selling fresh baked bread and all your essentials.
The surrounding area is full of top class restaurants, Chinese, Spanish, Mexican, Indian, American and many more. We were spoilt for choice as where to eat in the evening.
The location of the apartments is very good and you could walk to either Los Cristianos one way or in to Playa de las Americas town the other...
