A conveniently located hotel and conference centre
Advantages: Good transport links, conference facilities, reasonably priced
Disadvantages: Outdated
...to use was the leisure facilities. The gym is really well equipped and also includes a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. My husband used the gym and said it was so quiet and relaxing. Just outside the gym are pool tables and two snooker tables.

A great conference venue but not ideal as a hotel
Advantages: Good rooms, well organised conference facilities
Disadvantages: If you aren't there for a conference, you could feel very 'left out'.
...I'm a member of an industry association that holds a two day meeting every year in spring and we move the venue around between different hotels, typically in the Midlands. Last year we were in Rugby at the Dunchurch Park which had excellent conference rooms but dreadful accommodation. This year, the organisers found a new place for us to use - Ettington Chase near Stratford upon Avon.

Pleasant stay at this friendly, reasonably priced hotel.
Advantages: Reasonably priced, well maintained, plenty of parking
Disadvantages: A little out of the way
...My partner and I have recently returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. We were looking for somewhere close to the city centre that had free parking and that wasn't too expensive and this checked all the boxes. It is the grounds of a hospital which is a little strange to begin with and from the reception desk you can turn left to walk into the main hospital building or right towards the bar...
