Overall, I am glad I have found this new comedian to enjoy and I am looking forward to any new material. I am also slightly shocked that I have gone so long without watching "Mock the Week" which Russell features on in nearly every episode. This DVD is a fantastic introduction to Russell Howard and portrays his style. Howard's Way was right! Happy Days for all!

Advantages: Pretty close to the book
Disadvantages: Predictable (especially if you have read the book!)

I have to admit that I have always associated Director Ron Howard with "Happy Days" and probably will always have this association in my mind, but I have to say that I was impressed with his take on the book and the way that the film was made. The film was shot on location wherever possible and Howard tried to make sure that the cast members were of the same nationality as their characters in the book. I was very impressed with this, as some other Directors would have cast actors that they believed would make the film the most money, while Howard really tried to stay true to the original story as much as he possibly could. **DVD Extras** Well, there is a full second disc in this set, entirely devoted to the special features. The Hard Way

Advantages: Great plot and good pace to the book
Disadvantages: predictable

...without feeling in the middle of something and not being able to leave the book. For me the book's ending was quite obvious and as such 50 pages from the end I felt I knew what would happen, as I think all Reacher novels finish the same way. I did have to read it though to confirm this was the case. As you can guess your star is going to solve the case and not get killed but kill or bring to justice all the bad guys. I suppose that is obvious. A feature I liked was at the end of the book there was a kind of short epilogue, even if it wasn't called that, which allowed you to see what had happened to all the books main characters. I would have liked a little more depth to this however. A further good touch was at the end of the book. There is a half page slot on each of Lee Child's other books with a brief description of what the book is about. I...

...When I go to Antwerp I always enjoy trying out the local restaurants. Belgians (with the exception of the suicidal taxi driver I just met who didn't seem to have a positive bone in his body) tend to have a great attitude to food and drink. Find A Way Out Of Watching This

Mr.Nice by Howard Marks

Advantages: An Excellent, Intelligent, Thought-provoking, Honest read.
Disadvantages: Sags a bit in the middle but picks up again as soon as he is in prison!

...I found this book to be excellent! It was a really enjoyable read. Howard Marks puts across his entire life in a completely honest and genuine way. He is clearly a likable man and no matter what he has done you really can't help but be on his side! The fact that the basis of this book is his life involved with Cannabis did not really occur to be as a bad point within this book as it is told with such charm, wit, honesty and integrity that he could have been writing a book on anything and I'm sure I would still find him a brilliant writer and man. This is not an easy-to-read stoners book, it is a detailed journey of Mark's life and (as I quickly established) he is not a man with no brains who smokes weed, he is incredibly insightful, clever, funny and intellectual. Milky Way - A good value snack?

Advantages: Quite cheap, tastes ok
Disadvantages: Not the best of the cheap bars, not enough chocolate

...I hadn't had a Milky Way bar in years, but I recently bought one as a snack, while out shopping. I remember liking them as a kid, but to be honest I was a bit disappointed. Milky Way bars are small chocolate bars made by Mars (not Nestle as shown in the description). Taste The Milky Way is a chocolate coated bar with whipped centre, they don't actually say what it is, but its actually nougat. It is like the soft part of a Mars bar, but lighter and slightly less flavoured, making the nougat light enough to float in water (I don't know why this is important, but they mentioned it on an advert once). I know a couple of people who strongly dislike Milky Ways - mainly due to the texture. So, I don't recommend buying a multipack if you have never tried one before. The fluffy centre is quite nice in my opinion, but becomes sickly...
