Compaq Presario X1000 Centrino 1.6
Review of HP Compaq Business Notebook nx7000 - Pentium M 1.6 GHz - 15.4" TFT by
stevecauson
Advantages: Beautiful large screen, fast processor, Radeon 9200 Graphics Chip, Nice Loud Speakers, wonderful keyboard, USB 2.0 for faster transfer, large Harddisk, Touchpad Off switch, WiFi, SD card reader.
Disadvantages: Battery Life. Power cord placement, Only one pc card slot, Unavailability of bluetooth internal chip.
...whilst typing.
HP / Compaq keyboards have always been a joy on which to type and this model is no exception. It's sturdy, with a positive feedback on each key, without it being too noisy. The width of the wrist area is wider than most, which allows the user to rest comfortably without the lower arm hanging painfully off the corner. This allows for hours of very comfortable typing, with any pressure spread evenly along the ergonomically curved front edge. Combined with the huge bright screen, this laptop allows extended comfortable use. Perfect for long hours of business use, trying to churn out pages of documents before the deadline at sunrise.
I am extremely impressed with the Radeon 9200 64meg graphics. The computer will play any new 3D intensive game with the utmost ease. It's Direct X 9 compatible, and any games look amazing...

HP4100 omnibok 256mb 30gb 1.2 ghz dvd
Review of HP OmniBook 4150 - PII 300 MHz - 14.1" TFT by
WinsomeCh
Advantages: light, durable, fast
Disadvantages: none
...When I bought this or only 699 pounds brand new, I knew it was a bargain. With a memory of 30gb, speed 1.2 ghz and 256mb ram, dvd drive, it was more that I required for my college studies. However, as www. microwarehouse.co.uk had it on special offer, 699 exc VAT (835 pounds inc VAT and delivery) was a price too good to resist. Besides, should I wish to buy a new laptop, I would probably pay close to the same amount for a model of a much less well established make and of much less advanced configuration.
Well, what should I say about this laptop? Appearance wise, it is of a slim, black design, which is professional looking unlike some bulkier models. IT is very light - only 2.9 kg heavy, and is thus very portable. The battery, according to description, lasts for 3 hrs, but in effect it is about 3-4 hours which is much better...

-- Installing the Printer, and the Cartridge
Simple and easy. Just put the printer in its place on the desk or something. Plug-in the power cable, and check that your printer is working, and then connect the IEEE-1284 cable. If you have Microsoft Windows XP or 2k, it’s no problem cuz they know this printer and you can start printing instantly. However you can refer to the “Software and Drivers” section to know more about its installation and stuff.
The cartridge installation is as simple as the printer was. Anyhow, the tricky part is that you have to remove the tape in the cartridge before installing it for somewhat reason I don’t know. You can also refer to your user’s manual page 1-2 to know how to install it in more details.
You can also get the printer manual from

HP Pavilion DV2130ea made for everything!!!
Review of HP Pavilion Media Center dv2130ea Entertainment - Core Duo T2250 1.73 GHz - 14.1" TFT by
jasko8
Advantages: remote control, in-built camera, HP imprint finish, 120GB, Core Duo processor
Disadvantages: didn't find any jet.
...control that fits straight into Express54 expansion slot, great 1.3 megapixel web camera and 2 microphones fitted in the screen, which makes internet calls really easy. Also nearly every laptop has quick lunch buttons, but this one goes one step ahead. Quick lunch buttons here are touch sensitive and highlighted with nice blue color.
One thing that makes this laptop differ from all other is HP Imprint finish, which means a smooth, high gloss case which actually not just looks great, but also hides scrathes or fingerprints.
Built-in wireless (54Mbps) means you'll have internet connection nearly everywhere. These days wireless hotspots are available in every bigger city or you can set up wireless network in your home with a help of wireless router.
Card reader (buil-in) is really usefull if you have digital camera with memory...
