The Pro & Cons of HP Color Laserjet 4700dn Printer
Advantages: Easy install and setup, reliable, fast speed and capable for network pritning .
Disadvantages: Expensive and cannot print in A3 size, difficult in loading paper .
...reduce the lifespan of the other three color toners.
Conclusion
It is an idea for LAN printing in a business office with a wide range of media selection, reliable quality and faster speed. However, if you required for print media in A3 size, then it is not for you. It is also not a good idea for personal or graphic designer, as it is expensive in price and also not the best choice for the hi-resolution graphics due to the 600 dpi limitation.
Although it seldom got jammed, but if you are not fixing the media correctly, it may be a problematic and need to call technician for help. The correct selection of media type in the printer properties option will reduce the problem and make your printing smoothly.

HP Color LaserJet CP4005dn Printer
Advantages: Fast Printing (if not Adobe), Toner Level Display, Good Quality Print
Disadvantages: It's Too Big, Doesn't Duplex Properly, It's Too Big, Noisy, oh yes - It's Too Big!
...In March, my office finally bit the bullet and bought its first networkable printer (to be used by 3 people). Up to that point, we had 3 different printers - 1 on each desk - which all went through a full colour cartridge every fortnight and a black cartridge cost every week. Given the extortionate cost of printer cartridges (even recycled ones), my boss decided that now was the right time to buy a new 'central' networked printer, and wanted people to come up with ideas as to what we wanted. We eventually decided that we wanted a printer that could be networked wirelessly, had a high print cartridge capacity, could work with Vista had a fast printing turnaround, had a household name so that cartridges wouldn't be a problem and one that had a duplexing facility as we print a lot of double-sided pages as part of our order forms...

HP Colour LaserJet For Your Office
Advantages: Print Quality
Disadvantages: The Device Can Be Noisy When Waking Up
...The fairly new printer from HP- CP3505x is efficient and affordable unlike some previous printers from HP. The printer works at a good speed. It prints back as well as colored text at a rate of 21 pages per minute; which is quite good. This is so because the printer has a single pass A4 engine.
Performance may vary, with the type of document being produced; however usually a good speed is maintained by this printer. The first page is almost always printed within 12 second; irrespective of the type of document.
Not only the prints are produced quickly, they are also of great quality. Photographs, graphics or plain text, all appear clear and crispy. The color contrast is good even on plain papers. You do not need to do much with the settings; good quality print is easily attainable on default settings.
This medium size printer...

THE HP PRINTER
Advantages: FAST IN PRINTING AND OF GOOD QUALITY.
Disadvantages: LARGE AND HEAVY.
...This is the type of printer that I will recommend for office use because of its quality and the rate of printing. This is a laser printer and the most of all is that it also prints colour. It has a marvelous colour production that makes the printed issue too original and bright.
The HP printer product has been to me the leader in making good printers because I have used some of other printers and find the HP printer the most advanced both in technology, durability and innovations.
Well I got In contact with this printer in my office and it has been serving very well in my office hold. So in the over all ratings, I will recommend this for office not only that but for professional use also.
The HP printer not only is good on producing good and quality print, it also has sufficient features. It provides high impact printing...

Print, Copy, Scan, Fax, what doesn't the HP Laserjet 3380 do?
Advantages: Loads of functions
Disadvantages: Ugly, only black and white
...Introduction
As a company we have always bought Hewlett Packard printers. We have always found them to be the most reliable manufacturer on the market and the quality is second to none. As we had historically just had printers in our office, my boss decided that we needed a little bit more functionality and decided to go for the Laserjet 3380.
The Laserjet 3380 is a multifunctional laser printer. As well as printing, the device is capable of copying, scanning and faxing documents. The printer is designed to be a single use printer but we have networked it and although in principal this sounds a good idea, we have lost some functionality which I will touch upon later in the review.
Find your way around the Laserjet 3380
First impressions of this printer is that its very bulky and ugly. Starting at the top, there...

Not fit for purpose !!
Advantages: great print quality - easy to install - small - good LCD display - easy to use menu system
Disadvantages: poor print speed - noise
...I do a lot of work from home and needed a new printer that would let me print off reports in colour quickly, for a fairly cheap price and it had to be reasonable compact so not to take up much space in my tiny work area at home. Having always used Hewlett Packard printers everywhere I worked their online shop was the first port of call and after browsing through the wide range that they sell I opted for the Color Laserjet 2600n for £210.
When it arrived I was amazed by the size of the box, it was enormous but thankfully most of this was bubble wrap. The printer sitting nicely protected in the box was tiny compared with the colour laser printers I'd previously used being 40cm wide, 45cm deep and standing only 37cm tall. The weight was a bit of a struggle as it is heavy most the weight being positioned at the top of the printer where...

Good colour laser for those on a budget
Advantages: Reasonable cost cartridges available. Good quality
Disadvantages: Large. No network adapter.
...I have owned this printer for a few months now and I am very happy with it. I wouldn't normally recommend HP since other brands are often cheaper. Often, they are identical models too, Canon have made a lot of printers for HP in the past.
This time was different, the HP was the cheapest colour laser I could find where the cartridge prices were also reasonable.
Being a laser printer, these do take drums as well as toner cartridges. All laser printers do, but the cartridges for this one come together with the drum. This means to the end user, you only need to change 4 toner cartridges, one for each colour of black, cyan, magenta and yellow.
They are the standard four colours but you need to be careful when ordering replacements. Normally, manufacturers list the cartridges in the following order: black, cyan, magenta, yellow. The part...

Hewlett Packard 92A toner cartridge
Advantages: Ease of use, reliability, print quality
Disadvantages: Quite expensive
...This toner is designed for use with the HP Laserjet 1100 series printers. We have a number of these printers at the company I work for and so make use of these toners quite a lot.
The toner is quoted as having a page life of 2,500 pages and retails at a price of around £40.
The cartridge comes packaged in a large box with the toner type clearly labelled on the front, which is handy. The toner is secured within the box by two large cardboard holders and comes in package that closely resembles bin bag material!
In Use
This toner cartridge has been sensibly designed so as to make it a fairly easy process when removing an old toner and replacing with a new one. The toner itself slots into the printer, and so this means the old toner just needs to be removed from the holding slots in the toner bay and the new one put in its place...

Hewlett Packard 03A toner cartridge
Advantages: Ease of use, print quality, reliability
Disadvantages: Rather expensive
...This toner cartridge is designed for use with the HP Laserjet 5P and 6P laser printers. These toners are used extensively at the company I work for as we have a number of 6P printers.
The 03A is a black ink cartridge with an estimated life of 8,000 pages. (This will vary according to whether standard or presentation modes are used on the printer).
This toner will retail at around the £70 mark depending on which supplier you use.
The cartridge comes in a large-ish cardboard box and it securely packaged with cardboard holders to keep the toner from being shaken around too much. The cartridge is sealed in a black plastic bag, which seems to me to closely resemble bin bag material!
In Use
These toners are quite easy to use, once it is removed from its bin bag(!) it is simply a case of removing a plastic strip from...

Not for old women who live in shoes.
Advantages: Looks good, prints fast,
Disadvantages: Too expensive for heavy use
...on the network which is partly what hastened the kids with their rapid fire impatience with the print button.
Supplies
------------
About £40 per HP cartridde which was getting WAY too expensive for the kids to use. I think the compatibles were coming in at around £30.
* 1 x toner cartridge ( cyan ) - up to 2000 pages
* 1 x toner cartridge ( magenta ) - up to 2000 pages
* 1 x toner cartridge ( yellow ) - up to 2000 pages
* 1 x toner cartridge ( black ) - up to 2500 pages
Looks
---------
Chunky but not especially bulky if that makes any sense. The footprint is about 40x40cm and it sat snugly in a corner of the suite, to quite a height on the bench (again, about 40cm). Lets just say that it had a definite presence without being domineering. Sort of like my wife. If I lie a lot. Its grey and streamlined and I suppose it...
