...Ive had the ipod touch 8gb since christmas and i got it for £200 and i think that it was worth every penny but now the price has dropped slightly to £179.99 which makes this product even better ive had 3 ipods before (nano 1st,2nd and shuffle) and this is the best by far!!! it has a great 3.5" touch screen and the 8gb internal memory is more than enough to store your favorite music and a few music videos or a couple of movies but if you want a mp3 player to watch movies the ipod touch is the product for you but i would go for the 16gb model as 8gb realy isnt big enough for movies and your favorite music. i would highly reccomend this product to anyone who is lookin for a new mp3/mp4 player . i think this ipod is so good that what ever mp3 you own im sure you would realy enjoy the ipod touches features and great look. and the battery life... ...important aspect of any mp3 player though is it's sound quality and if you can keep the earphones in this is indeed very good. I ported one of my own tracks to the device and could not hear a distinguishable difference between the original source and the mp3 version on the Apple. So with all this going for it why should you avoid buying one? Well lets start with the price. £130 for an 8GB player does seem a bit high even if it has got video playback. Considering Sumvision produce a 4GB device which can be found online for about £25 you really have to question if this iPod is really good value. Then there's the proprietry software with it's niggly DRM to protect the rights of the 'Arteestes' which means it's easy to get content from your PC to your iPod but not so easy to transfer it from Ipod to PC. ...pointless in this world as most of use have all our number stored on our phones and lets be honest, if you have a £200 mp3 player then your going to have a mobile phone. The calendar is ok but nothing really special or that beat a traditional mobile phone. The 8gb memory can also be a problem with this version of the touch. After you have loaded 1 movie and a couple of album onto the device, most of the memory has gone. This means that you have to travel around with less media than other Ipods, such as the video, and therefore you have less choice to chose and have to resort to going back onto your pc to load more thing on each time. Be aware that you must have a computer which is connected to the internet to download itunes which is the only software that will properly work with the Ipod touch. ...Ive had my Nokia N95 8GB for a month now and before this I had the original Nokia N95 for a year, both on the Vodafone network. The N95 8GB has a slightly larger screen than the N95, 4GB more memory, the ability to play NGage games and updated menu graphics, although I prefered the older graphics. The phone is a 2 way slide phone and the slide function is good and easily clicks into place. The older N95 when slid in the media button direction used to go to another menu which was annoying but Nokia seem to have sorted that as now it just unlocks the phone and stays on the main menu. The buttons are large and easy to press and the directional navigator is a good size for average sized hands. Navigating around the phone is quite easy once you work out which button is the menu button, you just use the navigation button... Read review

...Having gone from a normal 4GB ipod to an 8GB itouch, I was pleasantly surprised with the major difference from the normal ipod to itouch. The itouch offers the users with an array of different features I never thought could be possible for a MP3/4 player. Its Wi-Fi capabilities allow its users to keep up-to-date with the latest news, music and events by using the built in web browser to search for any categories the users pleases. The "Maps" features allows users to find directions to their destination so they always find their way home. The ability to search and play YouTube video is a good feature that no one can get bored of. To summarise then, the player: is very easy to use, is slim, sleek, has incredible surround sound characteristics, very good quality videos, can be just as easily synchronized with the PS3, has a very good 8GB storage capacity, does not have a built in radio, no built in voice recorder and no expansion for the memory, no case/armband, no mains adapter, but has all the fantastic features of the perfect mp3/4 player!
