...since the day I bought it and have still found no change in its everyday running. It is therefore perfect for both use at home and in a business environment. When you buy the machine you receive a free copy of HP Client Manager which is a web-based tool and lets you inventory hardware, monitory system health and upload drivers. A very useful tool at all times. BEWARE: This is a stand alone desktop machine. It does not come with a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, or any other hardware. As such it is best for those wanting to upgrade (me) or those piecing together their own system. An excellent system for the price. I would recommend this to all PC users. I am pleased to say that this has not happened. The Compaq Evo D510 is a worthy machine and packs a lot of power into a small space. The basic specs of the machine are: 2.4GHz Pentium 4, 256MB, 40GB, CD-ROM, onboard sound, AGP Video, LAN, Modem, black case, TFT monitor Available from £600+vat (even PC World are keeping prices on this quite low) the machine definitely has a lot of features for the price. Although not designed as a gaming machine, the PC will perform (though you may want to change the graphics card for the more demanding games). ...This is one of the superb computers added by HP. One of the fasted computers installed with windows vista because it has 2GB RAM. Double layered DVD rewriter is excellent. The Chassis is well built. It is the right choice for business purpose. This is also good choice for home use also. HP has one problem regarding Drivers i.e. they do not ship driver CD with product, this is the same problem which this product suffers. I would have felt happy if they shipped driver CD with this product. The chassis is good but it should have been more compact for space management. Processor it shipped with is one of the best, fastest, power efficient noise less and unique. I want to recommend this product for all short of people.... Read review

...In my line of work I come across a range of computers. Working with companies across the south I usually recommend Hewlett Packard machines when organising a roll-out, or even for individual purchases. The reason for this is because they are very solid. Hewlett Packard spends a great deal of time developing these machines and they're very very reliable. I recently worked with the UK office of a world-wide health and fitness company. The project was to provide new machines for their till's and sales computers for all of the clubs across the UK. A list of machines was put together and the DX2000MT was chosen. It's a mini tower P4 2.8Gig, with 512 meg Ram and 40gig Hard drive. Expansion is easy. 4 USB 2.0 sockets on the back and 2 on the front. .... The USB type is 8x hi speed USB-4pin USB type A with 2 in front. My own comes with one-year warranty. It also has built in speaker. It has trusted platform module security chip embedded security and this makes the security system trusted. It has fantastic operating system software like the Microsoft windows vista business/XP professional downgrade and also it is provided with the security lock slots, administrator pass word and so on. Getting PC like this is not really a bad idea because it has been in full use in my office and has not gotten any problem since functioning. But the thing with the PC is that it is not that easy to install and so needs to read fully on the manual for company's directions and guide. So if In need of the HP business desktop DC5800-core duo E8200 2.66 GHz, IT247.com is a very good alternative... Read review
