Print, Copy, Scan, Fax, what doesn't the HP Laserjet 3380 do?

Advantages: Loads of functions
Disadvantages: Ugly, only black and white

As we had historically just had printers in our office, my boss decided that we needed a little bit more functionality and decided to go for the Laserjet 3380. The Laserjet 3380 is a multifunctional laser printer. As well as printing, the device is capable of copying, scanning and faxing documents. The printer is designed to be a single use printer but we have networked it and although in principal this sounds a good idea, we have lost some functionality which I will touch upon later in the review. HP laserjet 5si

Advantages: fast and very economical
Disadvantages: limit of drivers no colour

...Here we have one of hewlett packards printers named laserjet 5si. Very good printer its economical for both business use and single use. the good thing about this printer is that you can print and keep printing and the ink would last you for about 2 years. One only problem that i found with this printer is that when you connect it to windows xp it would keep coming up with letter instead of A4 which in these days most people use A4. This problem was then solved by going into the printer menu in XP and changing the setting. Apart from that an excellant printer for your money and you will be surprised when you see this printer start working very well built for business use and home use....

HP Pavilion dv5

Advantages: Good quality laptop, great appearance
Disadvantages: Games are a no-no.

...A well designed, high quality affordable laptop, the HP pavilion dv5 doesn't fail to please in looks, performance or price. In terms of look and design, flashy is a good word for it. It has a glossy black case which shines in the light, then you open it. The keyboard-surround is split horizontally: the bottom half is very light silver with a white check pattern, and the upper half perforated silver plastic. Around the edge of the laptop, there is a chrome-effect strip which sparkles and shimmers. Even the mouse pad has a finish that is so reflective you can see your face in it. This is the 'bling-bling' of the laptop world. It also feels pretty solid, I don't think you would be able to break it easily and I have faith in it's durability and robustness. It is also quite light, weighing 2.65kg, not bad for a laptop it's size. Ok...

The Pro & Cons of HP Color Laserjet 4700dn Printer

Advantages: Easy install and setup, reliable, fast speed and capable for network pritning .
Disadvantages: Expensive and cannot print in A3 size, difficult in loading paper .

However, if you required for print media in A3 size, then it is not for you. It is also not a good idea for personal or graphic designer, as it is expensive in price and also not the best choice for the hi-resolution graphics due to the 600 dpi limitation. Although it seldom got jammed, but if you are not fixing the media correctly, it may be a problematic and need to call technician for help. The correct selection of media type in the printer properties option will reduce the problem and make your printing smoothly. Advantages: very fast, 8mb memory

HP Laserjet 1300

Advantages: Quick warmup, quick printing easy to use
Disadvantages: Build quality and quality of photo printing could be better.

Hewlett Packard have an excellent website offering technical support and updated drivers if required but although I browsed it, I have never had to use it. It isn't overly noisy in use and with toner cartridges (lasting around 2500 pages) costing from £5 on ebay to £50 in your local supplies shop it is very economical to run. Even considering the downsides ,this is a great printer that has been 100% reliable and I would recommend it....
