The Pro & Cons of HP Color Laserjet 4700dn Printer

Advantages: Easy install and setup, reliable, fast speed and capable for network pritning .
Disadvantages: Expensive and cannot print in A3 size, difficult in loading paper .

However, if you required for print media in A3 size, then it is not for you. It is also not a good idea for personal or graphic designer, as it is expensive in price and also not the best choice for the hi-resolution graphics due to the 600 dpi limitation. Although it seldom got jammed, but if you are not fixing the media correctly, it may be a problematic and need to call technician for help. Advantages: Fast Printing (if not Adobe), Toner Level Display, Good Quality Print

..., in all its packaging, was as tall as I am. How big exactly is this thing once it is out of the packaging I thought. Ah well, between 4 grown adults we finally got the printer into the office and spent 20 minutes trying to take off the packaging - not the easiest thing in the world as the printer was heavy and it was too tall for us to open at the top. Anyway, printer finally unpackaged now stood about a third of my height - and was way too big for the desk we had assigned for it (poor Ann couldn't even see the top of it). 1 change of desk later we put it all together and were ready for the driver installation. Advantages: Very good value. Small Footprint. Long lasting Ink Cartridge.

...I picked this laser printer up from PC World for about £100 and overall have been very impressed. The printer connects through a USB cable and set up is very simple for both Windows and Apple Mac computers. There are a lot of positives with this printer. Firstly it offers very good value for money. It does everything the average home user will want for a very affordable price. The print quality is good and perfect for everyday printing of letters, etc. It can print on both sides of a page which is a particularly useful feature. This requires you to place the half printed copies back into the feeder rather than doing this automatically. This isn't really much of a problem, especially for the asking price. ...This product is very good for producing business type letters. It is fast and reliable and rarely gets jammed. It can use universal paper as well as the more expensive type papers and the memory capacity is very good. Although it only prints in black and white it is a high definition print quality and the ink cartidges last a fair while even when it is being used by several printers. Even when it shows that the ink is getting low, it is possible to take the cartridge out, shake it a few times and get several more good quality prints of your work. Overall, this is a very good printer and is well worth the inital outlay. I would recommend this printer to anyone either for small business use of two or more people sharing one printer or, by an individual....
