...HP DeskJet 3650 I won this printer 2 years ago with Dooyoo, which was a pleasant surprise just near Christmas. This printer has been used for printing my CVs and my assignments. As I didn't buy this printer, I don't know the original price but I'm guessing like most HP printers, it would of cost between £100-200 depending on the time of purchase. You can buy this printer starting from 9.99 on Ebay and Ebuyer.com is selling it for £25 + £ 5 delivery. The printer is made by Hewlett Packard, which is a well-known company who produces good quality and lasting products. This printer is for personal use, as the cartridge wouldn't more than a few hours in an office environment. ...Well, Windows 2000 certainly is more stable. Since I started running it it hasn't crashed once. I have had a couple of problems though. My modem is always auto-detected wrongly and won't work, even when I install the proper driver and also my HP printer drivers produce garbled printing and HP don't provide any drivers other than those coming with windows 2000. Apart from that, everything else was detected fine and setup was fine running along side Windows Millenium with windows 2000 dual boot feauture. The 2000 and millenium GUI are pretty similar but 2000 comes out on top looking more proffesional i think.... Read review

...The HP Laserjet 2200dn is a versatile laser printer which I've been using for over 2 years at work. It's from the HP Laserjet 2200d series and this one is specifically designed for network users. I've never had cause for complaint with its print quality and it's never needed a service in the time that I've used it. ...I bought my HP Deskjet 970 CXI in March this year. Compared to other printers I have used it is very professional. It has the option to printer both sides of the paper at once. Very clear, fast and sharp printing. Looks very good. Lovely quality when printing photographs. Includes the option of USB which is very handy when you use more than one printer and USB is faster. The only problem I had was when installing the USB driver. I had to telephone them. Their support was excellent and they helped me out very quickly. This printer allows me to cancel print jobs easily unlike the other HP Deskjet printers I have had.... Read review

Working with companies across the south I usually recommend Hewlett Packard machines when organising a roll-out, or even for individual purchases. The reason for this is because they are very solid. Hewlett Packard spends a great deal of time developing these machines and they're very very reliable. I recently worked with the UK office of a world-wide health and fitness company. The project was to provide new machines for their till's and sales computers for all of the clubs across the UK. A list of machines was put together and the DX2000MT was chosen. It's a mini tower P4 2.8Gig, with 512 meg Ram and 40gig Hard drive. Expansion is easy. 4 USB 2.0 sockets on the back and 2 on the front.
