HSBC - Online Banking

Advantages: Saves lots of time
Disadvantages: Very few

...I have had a current account with the HSBC for many years and have not had any problems or hassles that I can think of, I know that many of you will have had bad experiences for one reason or another but I have not. My main moan however is that over the last couple of years it has become increasingly difficult to contact my branch or to see someone in person as most branches only open a few hours...

INTERNET BANKING WITH HSBC

Advantages: It is simple, easy to use and just excellent
Disadvantages: You need the internet to use it

...well as personal accounts you can look at business ones, each service is specifically tailored to your needs. If you run your own business or manage accounts this is great to use and they definitely know what they are doing with you so you do not need to worry. My final say on this matter is definitely use this if you have an account with HSBC. Internet banking is certainly the way forward...

Banking on HSBC

Advantages: Good web site, friendly, flexible
Disadvantages: None so far!

...I have held an account with HSBC since 1994 and have had no problems whatsoever. It all started with the great student incentives they were offering at the time and as a student you take anything that is free!! Since then I have had no regrets (I've sinced closed a current account with Barclays as they treated me like poo!). I have had a great overdraft facility and absolutely no problems...
