...I have been using this Eau de Toilette for about five years now. My wife really likes it and no matter what other after shaves I buy I always go back to Hugo Boss Bottled. I feel that it's not to strong and it does smell like proper men's after shave. Many of the new men's fragrances can smell more and more like perfume. It has a crisp sweet smell and I think it's quite refreshing. I know this description is really bad so this is how the Hugo Boss website describes it: "Boss No. 6 Cologne by Hugo Boss, Launched by the design house of boss in 1999. Its fragrant nature explores essences of fern, bergamot and pineapple. Blended with notes of lavender,â juniper and geranium, boss # 6 is a casual type of fragrance." Feeling Fruity with Hugo Boss (Deep Red)

Advantages: Long lasting smell, not too overpowering
Disadvantages: Becoming increasingly popular, therefore you wont be the only one wearing it!

...I have to admit I am a very big fan of Hugo Boss perfumes in general, and this one is no different - I absolutely love it. ~~Packaging~~ The packaging is a simple yet distinct design which can automatically be attached and associated with the Hugo Boss range. This one comes in a lovely dark red frosted glass with a silver lid. The lid is easily pulled off to find the usual ?squirt? button found on most perfumes. The wording on the bottle is simple and minimalist in a silver writing. Whilst the bottle isn?t clear, when held up to light you can clearly see how much perfume is left, without it coming as a complete shock when it is no longer coming out the bottle! The bottle, like most perfumes, comes with outer packaging. In this case the outer packaging is a small cardboard box again following the general colour theme...

Hugo Boss, Always in motion

...With so many fragrances out there some of the more unusual shaped bottles can lose ground to other more normal looking bottles of fragrances. One such fragrance that has bucked that trend is Boss in Motion by Hugo Boss It was released in 2002. The only others that look similar that I can think of are from the likes of DKNY and Bvlgari. As you can see from the bottle it is a round design whereas most bottles are upright It also has a rather different spray design than the normal eau de toilette bottles. This design means that it can take a few seconds longer to get enough spray out. I prefer the normal style of bottle but this doesnt really affect the outcome. The smell is really quite lovely and is a spicy woody fragrance which also has a sweet smell. There's hints of Bergamot Oil, Basil Flower Violet Leaves Pink Pepper...

...As a modern (well ish!)man, I am always wanting to smell my best and trying out different fragrances. I have tried a few Hugo fragrances before and always liked everything they produce including clothing always find it to be a of a very high quality. Coming up to my birthday, I needed some new after having hinted at the other half to buy some! On my birthday, beautifully wrapped and purchased in Germany she gave me the box of Hugo. It is a nice contemporary, plain box in grey and the after shave is a nicely shaped bottle that is chunky and expensive looking with a solid metal top. The smell is fresh and crisp, and although quite heavy at first does wear off and leave a nice smell after a few minutes. It's not the cheapest (or the most expensive!!) after shave around and you don't see it discounted in too many places which does...

Hugo Williams - an all round nice book!

Advantages: Well writen, easy to get to grips with, interesting.
Disadvantages: Not as good as the later two books.

...This is the first book of this kind by Hugo Williams which was published on Faber and Faber in 1994, the later two being 'Billy's Rain' 1999 and 'Dear Room' 2006. Although this book was published in 1994 the topics that it covers are from alot earlier time and that shows in alot of the story's by Williams, for instance alot of them cover his parents and his childhood in the 1950's and 60's and then his early career. Where as in the later books the topics covered do not seem so dated and could quite easily be set at any time and do not have a date or event in them that tells of the time period that is being discussed. As I stated before in this book alot of the story's are ones which tell the story of his parents, and these are also the longest story's that are in the book. Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54

Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead
