...Dunblane Hydro Hotel is situated high up on a hill in the lovely village of Dunblane which is the home town of Andy Murray as most will know is our top UK tennis player. Dunblane Hydro is or should I say was an old majestic hotel dating back to 1878. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and always found my stay to be most enjoyable with nice accommodation, great food and friendly helpful staff. Although this hotel has been owned by the Hilton group for many years, recently it became part of the Doubletree Group which is an American company. In Hydro Thunder, Midway have chosen to convert one of their better coin-ops from 2001, and give Dreamcast owners the unusual treat of racing high-performance powerboats. Sensibly they've turned to Derby's Eurocom, who have been handling Midway conversions for years, including Mortal Kombat 3. It's not meant to be a serious sporting experience - more of a fantasy ride on 13 over-the-top tracks. The only feature left out, by necessity, is the coin-op's outrageous vibrating cushion. You are racing against 15 other boats to the finish line with placings in the top three required to open up new sets of tracks with 'Easy' 'Medium' and 'Hard' settings. Hydro Strike is great

Advantages: Great for all ages, really good fun
Disadvantages: none

...Hydro strike is a must have game for all the family not just kids. The idea is to score goals by using flippers to shoot the ball into your opponents goal. If you succeed then your poor opponent gets a squirt of water straight in the face. This is an absolutely hysterical game to play and guarentees a good laugh for both the players and spectators. It would be great to play at parties. It's a very well made product and good value for money. Any child would be happy to receive this as a gift. It's also available in most stores that sell games. It's very easy to set up and even my 5 year old can do it. Brilliant game!...
