The box included a small quick start guide, a headset and the various connectors. Set up with iTune is a breeze even for a newbie. The Home Screen on the iPhone differs from most WIndows based Smart devices as a simple press closes the running program down. I own a HTC Touch aswell and found it much easier to upgrade and customise than the iPhone.
