iPhone - The ultimate boys' toy

Advantages: its beautiful, futuristic and does everything you want a phone to do and much much more
Disadvantages: camera is average, people may try to rob you, you need iTunes, so no computer, don't bother

...I have never been a fan of Apple as I never wanted to fall into that category of comforming to brand names, however with this I took a chance, and luck was on my side! From the box it was in to the actually phone, everything was beautiful. The phone is sturdy, shiny, gleeming. It stands out from the rest of those cheap plastic mobiles, and this is before I even turn the thing on! The first thing I noticed about the iPhone was how crisp the display is, with it's vivid colours and icons, and how everything just seems to "glide" around. I was told the iPhone was THE phone if you love the internet, and boy do I love the internet. Within minutes I figured about how to get onto Facebook, Hotmail, Ebay, etc. Internet surfing is made so easy with the use of the futuristic system. ...The Ultimate CD The Queen of Pop, aka Kylie Minogue. Love her or loathe her, you have to admit she has staying power. She has been in the music industry for well over 20 years now and has had some amazing pop hits. Ultimate Kylie was released in 2004 and is the only comprehensive collection of her greatest hits from 1987 to the present day and the only one to feature each of her 31 hit singles. It comes with a very sexy picture of Miss Minogue on the front pouting towards the camera and her hair all tussled. What I love about this album is that it has a great mix of all her old classics and the new ones as well. If you could only buy one Kylie album then this would be the one you would buy to cover all your favourites. Ancient by phone standards, but I still use it!

Advantages: Small, robust, easy to use, nice screen, Microsoft Smartphone suprisingly good!
Disadvantages: Quite dated, but still a smartphone.

...It seems there are many people out there who are always looking for a new phone, you might even have several 'old' ones lying around in your own home! The truth is I've had this one for nearly 3 years and it still works for me. It was over £300 when it came out, £100 when I brought it and god knows how cheap now. It has a nice large screen which is very easy to see and plays videos well. The buttons feel good and are well placed, if a tad cramped. It has a camera, but its not good enough to be any use to me to be honest. Its nice and compact even by today's standards, a good pocket size. Microsoft Smartphone 2003 is dated but includes lots of features and is very easy to use. You can plug it into your PC via USB and fill it with pictures music and games, videos and software, and has a headphone socket and a speaker to listen to it all...
