...Hi. I'm going to share with you my experiences with Armani's ACQUA DI GIO today. This fragrance came out way back in 1996 following the successes of Armani Mania (1981) and Armani Eau Pour Homme (1984). I have no hesitation in saying that Acqua Di Gio too is a success. Armani's Acqua Di Gio for Men is constantly being advertised everywhere, particularly in Debenhams and Men's magazines such as Men's Fitness and Men's Health. This was a big factor behind me buying this because Armani weren't going to spend millions advertising this fragrance if it was not good. Neither would Debenhams display posters of it everywhere either. I also bought my 50ml of Acqua Di Gio because of the positive reviews from word of mouth and from the Internet. Acqua Di Gorgeous!

Advantages: An all day fragrance

...This is undoubtedly one of my favourite fragrances. Acqua Di Gio is the older brother of Armani's new daytime fragrance Mania, and as such is a much more responsible mature fragrance, but no less fun! It is light, fresh and very different from the usual musky aftershaves for men. Plus it smells expensive! It is a light citrussy fragrance with rounded musky/woody undertones which make it good for nights out, but essentially this is a day time fragrance. This is for the young (and young at heart) professional - suitable for business meetings, as well as a night out on the town. It's a fun but formal fragrance and is slightly flamboyant compared to other mens aftershaves, but no less masculine - it's an alternative to the norm - which is always welcome! iTouch!

Advantages: Packed with applications, very handy and easy to use.
Disadvantages: Keyboard is hard to use, no flash player and not very durable without a case.

...If it was not for the fact that I needed more than 16GB at the time of buying my 160GB iPod Classic, I would've bought one of these. Obviously now, there is the 32GB iPod Touch, but this is still not enough. The iPod touch therefore is for people who have some money to spend and just want to put their CD's onto the iPod. It is packed with features and in essence is a PDA without the office applications. It comes pre-loaded with Safari (Apple's own web browser), the iTunes store, built in iPod, a special YouTube application for viewing Youtube videos and many other features. Firstly, while I'm thinking about it, the iPod touch doesn't come with a flash player, which is the reason why there's a special YouTube application. This means that when browsing safari, you can't watch embedded video clips or clips off other video sharing sites...

...If you do love the city of Rome and you wish you go back,the best place to make this wish is at the Fonana di Trevi-remember the song " Three coins in a fountain". Legends says that by throwing a coin over your left shoulder into the fountain guarantees a return to this beautiful city. Throwing three coins mean you will get love,luck and be able to return to Rome!!. I threw three down the fountain the last time I was there - really hope this comes true. The Hollywood movies "Three coins in a fountain" and "Roman holiday" were filmed here-that's why this place is so well-known. The fountain is huge with places to sit aroud it. However, it's difficult to squeeze in as it's always packed with people, a very busy place indeed....

Advantages: Easy navigation, clear large screen, huge capacity, great looking, excellent value for money

Advantages: pretty unique, fresh!
Disadvantages: irritates my skin

.... Super feminine and a fragrance which is really hard not to like. Very luminous. The Armani description of this creation: "Acqua Di Gio was created by Giorgio Armani in 1995 and is recommended for casual wear. This feminine scent contains a blend of fresh floral, sweet pea, and jasmine." The first time I wore this to work, one of my coworkers almost drooled all over me and said 'you smell amazing, what perfume is that?' and when I told him, he said he would buy one for his girlfriend, presumably so he could drool all over her ;) I have the 35ml bottle of edt, but it is also available in 50ml and 100ml sizes. There is also shower gel, body lotion, and deodorant available if you want to splurge. I paid about £18 for my 35ml bottle, so it is pretty expensive. ~The smelly truth~ I love this fragrance in the summer as a classy change...
