...I have just realised that I stay in a lot of hotels over the year as I tend to visit Glasgow and London alot, so the cost soon add's up! Anyway on my last trip to Glasgow I thought i'd try a different hotel for a change as I go back to the same one ( as i know it's good) The Park in caught my eye because behind the reseption desk there is a water fall that changes colour , everytime I walked past this hotel I wanted to stay there!! ~*Location*~ it's 30 seconds from Glasgow bus station , not kidding you can see it from your window !! Advantages: Very close to city centre and transport, Cheap.

Apex City of London Hotel - outstanding

Advantages: Lovely staff, beautiful rooms, modern hotel

...We wanted to stay somewhere in central London that was value for money, and found this brilliant hotel for only £69 per night. We booked directly with the hotel itself, and while the system can be a little frustrating the transaction went through smoothly. This was in December 2008, so we didn't expect any decent hotels so close to Christmas to be so cheap. While this hotel is a little out of the way of main attractions it is close to the Tower of London, and to Tower Bridge and easily accessible by bus and tube. On arriving by tube, we found the hotel was alittle bit tricky to find, and were saved only by the fact that by boyfriend's phone has sat-nav! The hotel that takes up a whole block

...was there when we went to bed late on the Saturday, and first thing on the Sunday he was there again, answering what must be the same old questions. I hope he gets paid well! There are a few entrances to the hotel. It is well located quite centrally at 123 Queen St West, and within about 10 minutes' walk to the CN Tower, or the Eaton Shopping Centre. There is a big taxi rank outside, and transport to the airport is likely to cost you the same whichever way you get it if you are in a small family, so we got someone in the hotel to organise a taxi for us, which was an executive limo (not stretch, though!) and a very comfy ride indeed. ...My boyfriend turned 30 a few weeks ago and for his present I booked us a trip to New York and the Wellington Hotel is where I picked for us to stay due to its central location in Manhattan. Last Wednesday we flew out to NYC and checked into the Wellington. If you didn't know already this is where part of the Borat film was made, the main scene being where he tries to unpack his things in the lift thinking its his room and so many Borat jokes ensued in the elevators during our stay. The location of the hotel is amazing, its a 1 minute walk from Carnegie Hall, 2 minutes from Central Park and 5 minutes from Times Square and is located on the corner of 55th Street and 7th Avenue. ...My friend and I went to Berlin earlier on this month for a short break to get away from the bad Scottish weather. We were away for three days and four nights and were looking for somewhere cheap but comfortable to stay. We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn Express City Centre West. Cost Cost is always my prime consideration when making any purchase so I was delighted with the price of £27 per person per night for a twin room at the Holiday Inn Express, especially given the poor Euro exchange rate for tourists. This was a special offer from one of the many websites that offers good deals on hotels. The special offer gave 25% off the standard price so the standard price would be £36 per night. ...I booked this hotel for my stay in Leeds as I wanted to stay in the city center. I have been staying in various hotels, so I had some expectations from this one as well. When you want to choose any hotel, you have few criteria in mind. I would like to write on the criteria I had in my mind, so you can take this review as per your need. Quality of hotel service: It was satisfactory, not exceptional but not bad too. Condition or maintenance of the hotel: When I entered the hallway, I sensed a weird smell (like the one when the area is closed for long time), the breakfast sitting area was clean BUT, the cutlery was not clean. I had to wipe the spoons and forks I used. They clearly were not cleaned properly. Cleanliness of room: but the rooms were maintained alright. The bathrooms were clean, but you don't get to see posh bathrooms...
