...This magazine is glossy, the front cover is always very appealing and the style it promotes is easy, affordable and modern. I wouldn't say it appeals particularly to the younger home owner (I am 40 and find the style ideas great) but you don't often find sumptuous or staid homes featured. Everything is light and bright. The cover states "265 beautiful budget ideas for Summer living" this time. The emphasis is on ideas, hence Homes and Ideas What is great about this magazine, is that they give you loads of ideas for your own house. Many of the pages are short features of makeovers, cookery, new products etc. All illustrated with numerous photographs. ...The idea is great. The game supports your skill of imagination and your speed of guessing. It is good to practice for outbursting your mind. But, the idea is not new and not owned by the game manufacturer. Therefore, take the idea and make your own set of words. It might be funny to include the suggesting of words into the game. Each turn everyone writes a word on a sheet and then the adversary draws what she has to draw. Don't get in the trap of buisness! Keep your mind running and have your own ideas!... Read review

...I like making things and this magazine combines home decorating ideas and craft ideas quite well. It features articles on readers’ homes, decorating ideas, gardening and other stuff found in most home magazines. However, it also give really good, clear instructions as to how you can make and recreate these ideas. The items you will need are listed and it shows you where you can buy them and their cost. It shows you how to make stuff that is actually useful in decorating your home, not things that will end up in a cupboard somewhere. ...E Millionaire on Channel 4 is helping one successful Internet concept to grow and to mature into reality over the coming weeks. Channel 4 is putting up £2m for the show. Primarily they are after originality and an idea that cannot easily be copied. This is where in my opinion many ideas flounder. As an example, the first of the contenders was composer.com where the idea allows users to actually write and compose songs – to create an online music community. The panel then voted on the enterprise and commented on the pros and cons. ...This is a web site that aims to give you every conceivable ideas to do with leisure and tourism in the south. Its not finished by any stretch of the imagination but its still well worth a visit. If your'e planning to go to any city in the south check this site out - its will tell you where you can stay - where you can eat - how you can get about - what things there are to do once you're their I like the idea that its a web site built by ordinary people - when you go to the site (which doesn't work that well in Internet Explorer) you have the option of telling them your leisure ideas - they put it on the site and hey presto - it becomes a living organism - growing and breathing just like you and me (?)... ...I stumbled across this site while surfing around the Internet. When the home page loaded I was really impressed, earn money for your ideas and tips. I'm quite a resourceful person and can think of loads of inventions and ideas, so I thought this might be the site for me. You can earn money by submitting ideas, it's similar to Ciao, if someone rates your idea you get paid 100 clicks=$1. You can also earn money by entering a competition for the best tip. This sounds good doesn't it, the next thing I did before joining was to find out about payment. At the moment you can only be payed in US dollars, People from the UK can join, but payment sounds so complicated tax forms etc have to be completed, this put me off straight away. In theory the site is a good idea, but it's not really aimed at people outside the US, might be worth keeping... Read review

It is literally PACKED with ideas for all the rooms in your house - great things to make and good instructions to help you make them. It always has one or two feature homes in each issue - which are always a treat to see. Getting hints and tips from other peoples ideas are the best way to get creative in your own home.
