New facelifted 320D 1998cc 2002 model

...I ordered a 320D SE 1998cc 2002 model from my local BMW dealer in October 2001 for delivery in December 2001. I was impressed with the dealer (Dick Lovett), as the sales guy was not at all pushy but allowed me to take my time looking over the car and responded well to questions I raised. The first test drive I had was with the sales guy and lasted around 40 minutes, he then arranged for me to have the car for the whole day that weekend. This whole day test drive was excellent and really let me get know the car without any sales person around, and after that I was hooked and continue to purchase the car. Review of BMW 320d

320d - Potentially expensive failure

Advantages: Preformance, Economy, choice of trim, extras
Disadvantages: reliability - Expensive turbo failure, Rear Seat Space, Boot Space

...This is my first BMW, and I am sorry to say my last. The 320d has a reputation for turbo failure, which I believe applies only to pre July 2003 models. This failure can happen at any time regardless of service history and so cannot be predicted or circumvented and is a widely publicised failure amongst 320d owners on the internet!. The cost of repairing this vary between £2000 - £3000 and is not something which I would expect from a name like BMW. Other drawbacks include driver comfort, which is virtually non existant, after 15 mins in the drivers seat you rapidly experience another feature of the 320D - namely BMW "Numb Bum", which I must admit was not publicised in the brochure. The driving position is also somewhat strange. Both rear seat and boot space are limited and certainly not inline with the size of vehicle, and all BMW...

...My boyfriend and I recently invited some friends round for dinner and as we were looking around our local Tesco's for something tasty to dish up, we came across Tesco's Finest Salmon en Croute. Packaging Tesco's Finest Salmon en Croute comes in a cardboard box which is decorated in the same sort of style as other Tesco's Finest products. The box is black and grey in colour with Tesco's Finest written across the front. Se7en Deadly Sins

Advantages: Great film, with good acting and nice criminal masterplan

Bosch Rotak 320.... the baby Rotak!

Advantages: Affordable, easy to use + maintain
Disadvantages: Cannot handle long grass or brush.

...The baby of the Rotak series, the 320 offers reliabilty, is lightweight, and most of all VERY affordable from a company that we all know. The 320 comes with many features, such as a 32cm cutting width, folding handles (for ease of storage), 3-level cutting height adjustment (from 2-6cm), a reasonable 28ltr rear grass collection box (plastic) and motor overload cut-out (in case you run it too hard through rough grass etc). Having used and tested this machine I will more than happily suggest it to anyone looking for an affordable solution to their grass trimming needs. The 1000w motor isn't the most powerfull as motors come but it can take care of a small-medium size garden, say half a tennis court or smaller, if your garden is bigger than this then i would recommend taking at look at her bigger brothers. BMW 320i soft top, A real drivers car.

Advantages: style, class, powerful and built to last.

...As a qualified mechanic and the owner of god knows how many cars over the years I have decided the time has come to do an automobile review and what better to review than my one time pride and joy sadly no longer with me my BMW 320i convertible. I bought my BMW in 2003 it was 2 years old and set me back around 12 thousand pounds which was roughly half the cost of buying a new one and was at the time a very good deal. I fell in love with the car after one test drive and just had to have it. Although there have been many different versions of the 320i over the years with very different specs the one I bought was pretty top of the range and had the majority of extras available. Samsung SGH i320

Advantages: Looks good, easy to use keyboard and has many functions and features

320 Coupe dream machine

I’ve always wanted to own a six-cylinder car and always dreamed of driving a good quality Coupe. The opportunity arose when a change in job allowed me to change my car. I test drove a 318 Coupe to get a feel for the car, it was a couple of hours of pleasurable driving and a real shame to have to take the car back. As the dealer didn’t have the 320Ci as a demo (new engine / new Coupe) I test-drove the 330 saloon to get a feel for the difference between a four-cylinder and a six. Advantages: Good value for money, Good sound quality, You get everything you need
Disadvantages: Tweeters can be slightly delicate (so use supplied cross-overs)

...What you get: 1 x pair of 13cm fusion woofer 2 x Grills 1 x pair of fusion tweeters 2 x cross-overs Speaker wire These are the set of speakers which you get with the fusion '4 corner package' (EN-4CNR). I have installed both the woofers and tweeters into the doors of my vauxhall corsa and the sound quality compared with the old factory standard ones is by far a big improvement. I am not using the provided cross-overs purely because they are rather large and secondly my car already has cross-overs in the door. Sound Quality: Originally I had some pioneer 13cm coaxiles which I was very disapointed with as they didn't even seem to be as good as my old standard speakers.
