Oki toner cartridge - Professional, excellent quality printing.

Advantages: Professional quality. Simple to change, good colour
Disadvantages: Expensive, not sure if it is recyclable

...I have been using the Oki toner cartridges for apporximately 12 months. In my opinion the quality is fantastic, clear and precise. When a notice pops up telling me to replace the cartridge it can be ignored for quite a considerable time, even when running low on certain colours I have still found that the quality is good. When the time comes that the colour reproduction is not good enough then as long it is not for an important document I have found that by just simply removing the cartridge, shaking it about a bit and replacing it, it can bring the colour back to life and will add extra life to it.On the whole I feel it produces professional print quality. I think it is an expensive item but have not compared the longevity against an alternative product....

Although HP print cartridges are coming down in price you can still expect to pay a lot more than other substitute brands. The real question is whether the extra money is worth it. With some of the alternative products on the market today I am inclined to believe you can the same quality for less money. Many alternative ink cartridges contain more ink than official HP cartridges, however the problem with these cartridges is not always being sure of the quality of the product you are buying, nor the reliabilty...

The Cheap and cheerful ish Cartridge!

Advantages: Cheap, colour print is good, easy to insert
Disadvantages: Black comes out green! Runs out quickly VERY Quickly!

...Hello and welcome to this review! My gosh those trial cartridges that come with your printer sure do run out quickly! These cartridges are greatly priced, much cheaper than other brands such as HP! However, there is one problem I have come accross when using the Lexmark 1 Cartridge. That being - When black is printed, it doesn't quite come out black! Its more of a green colour. I understand this is because colours are mixed inside the cartridge to make black but the best colour they can make must be green:( I thought it may have been my printer however I bought a second and its exactly the same! I would definately say for the price of this printer and cartridge range It is good for people doing everyday printing, however if you are printing invoices etc and require that crisp look Im afraid you will not get it...

...Yeah i agree with the last comment really. Nice, reaonably priced good quality cartridge. They fit MOST of the hp printer range, but not all, Cheap ish, as far as ink cartidges go, not a bad price at all, and to be honest they do last a fair while, so the value for money is good Quality, not the best, but certainly more than adequate for good quality photos, i have always liked hp printers, for their quality of print, hence why i chose mine this time There isnt much more i can say about it to be honest, if you want a nice quality printer, choose one with this ink cartridge, nice price, nice quality, good product, i would recommend it. Ill give it a 5, i would give it a four, because the quality isnt the best available, but for the money, reliability, and time they last, they deserve a five....

Hewlett Packard 92A toner cartridge

...This toner is designed for use with the HP Laserjet 1100 series printers. We have a number of these printers at the company I work for and so make use of these toners quite a lot. The toner is quoted as having a page life of 2,500 pages and retails at a price of around £40. The cartridge comes packaged in a large box with the toner type clearly labelled on the front, which is handy. The toner is secured within the box by two large cardboard holders and comes in package that closely resembles bin bag material! In Use This toner cartridge has been sensibly designed so as to make it a fairly easy process when removing an old toner and replacing with a new one. The toner itself slots into the printer, and so this means the old toner just needs to be removed from the holding slots in the toner bay and the new one put in its place...

Roger Me Stupid, Cheap Inkjet Cartridges

Advantages: Cheap and Just As Good As Epson

...The cost of inkjet cartridges is something that is close to my heart, and if I were to buy genuine Epson cartridges for my Epson Stylus D68 then it would cost me £25. This is an extortionate figure when you consider that that is half the cost of the printer!!!!!! So always on the hunt for a bargain I scoured the length and breadth of upper brook street in Manchester to find a suitable generic cartridge. The Mac and PC centre round the back of the Manchester Aquatic Centre had just that these babies cost me £12 for all four......... The E611 (Black), E612 (Cyan), E613 (Magenta), E614 (Yellow) fit Epson Stylus D68 / D88 series and DX3800/ DX3850/ DX4200 / DX4800/ DX4850 printers and at £3 a piece they have the potential for being a veritable bargain, which floats my Scottish boat. Canon Yellow Third party Ink Cartridge

Advantages: Cheap, Does the job, Better for the environment
Disadvantages: Printing results are not very good

...This review is for the yellow Canon ink cartridge that i bought from my local ink refill store. I bought this as ink for canon printers can be extortinate so decided i would try and save on costs and try out third party ones. on first impressions,the only thing that appeared different from the original ink cartridges was the packaging. In terms of printing quality,it looked quite similar however when i started printing out more and more copies,the morethe quality degraded. The ink cartridge doesn't last as long either as the genuine ones. They also have a tendency to smudge and also do not dry as quickly. Overall i probably would not recommend them unless you are looking to use it very ocassionally...
