...Recently I have been swapping DVDs with my friend ; I've been borrowing her 'up-to-date' movies and she's been watching my 'rom-coms'. One of the DVDs which I borrowed from my friend was a film called ' The House Bunny'. The House Bunny is an American romantic comedy film released in the United Kingdom on 10th October 2008. This film stars Anna Faris , (who's previous films include , Just Friends and My Super Ex Girlfriend). Running time of the movie is ninety seven minutes (seven minutes over one hour and a half). Shelley (Faris) is a playboy playmate living a luxury life in the playboy mansion. Soon after her twenty seventh birthday , she is told that she is now too old to be a playboy bunny and so it 'thrown out' of the playboy house. ...House is a fantastic series and I missed the first one but got in to watching this in the second series, so I rushed out to buy the first series box set and I could not stop watching it, it is so addictive. If you love medical dramas then this is one for you as it's not all your normal diagnosis, each episode goes through a new medical dilemma they have to try and solve and they are not your usual colds and virus's. House is a medical programme with a diagnosis to be made, so each episode has you playing doctor trying to figure what has caused the patient's medical condition. A Wooden Album by Crowded House?

Advantages: 'Woodface' includes some of the most sublime love songs ever written
Disadvantages: It's all a bit much and much the same; the tracks that do dare to be different, don't fit

Disadvantages: Unbelievable at one or two points.

Advantages: A horror with a somewhat decent storyline
Disadvantages: No Extra's and slightly confusing

...Anna, a young girl with a secret, is hired to clean the recently closed down orphanage in the hope that one day it may open again, yet the house is flooded with secrets, both her own and the past of the young children. House of cheese

Advantages: Swayze, and great sound track
Disadvantages: The Cheesy Dialogue

...& Rating = For a film which was released at the end of the 80's it is still okay, all but a little bit dated. The performances are adequate and are pretty typical for its era. As I have already mentioned, the biggest let down of the film is the cheesy dialogue which really does spoil the film. To be honest it is not a bad film but I honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone purely down to the cheesy dialogue. If you really want a bit of 80's Swayze nostalgia then stick to Dirty Dancing.
