...I've only quite recently begun shopping with Amazon, the main reason being receiving vouchers from survey sites and from on here. It's now one of the first sites I look at when making a purchase. ~~~ Products ~~~ Amazon.co.uk stocks a massive variety of products. So far everything I have searched for has been available to buy on the site, although most of the things have been quite common like DVD's and games. I can't think of anywhere that stocks as much stuff as Amazon, maybe not even Ebay. ~~~ Prices ~~~ The prices on Amazon are very competitive and are usually the cheapest place to but DVD's and games, again being usually cheaper than Ebay, I have no doubt that this is the case for many other products. The main down side is that cash back sites don't offer cash back for Amazon, or am I on the wrong cash back site...

...The entire amazon company is probably one of the best know, most used and most visited websites on the internet. It was one of the first major companies to sell goods over the net and was one of the companies that survived the dot com bubble burst of the late 90's. Jeff Bezos founded Amazon.com, Inc. in 1994, and went online the following year. At first it was just selling books, but soon started to sell video tapes, CD's, video games and, eventually, DVD's. Now it has websites for the UK (which I'll be reviewing here), Japan, Germany, France and China. When you get to the front page, you'll notice that is very inviting. Lots of bright colours set on a white background makes the site look very clear. It doesn't feel cluttered though, even though there is a lot to look at, everything is well organized. First Class delivery is just the standard Royal mail 1st class delivery service. It costs just £1.99 for the whole order (unless you're items are shipped separately). This is the delivery method I use most often as items tend to arrive within 2 or 3 days after ordering and the service is really cheap, especially if you buy lots of things at the same time like I do. Service ~ When shopping online service is one of the most important things Amazon’s service is fantastic. As soon as you buy a product you receive an e-mail confirming that, when your product has been shipped you will again be sent an e-mail. Amazon.co.uk also have a freephone helpline which is open between 9am and 5pm. This is a great feature which makes Amazon feel like a normal shop.
