  Try not to WIDL yourself.

Advantages: Clean clothes
Disadvantages: Buttons everywhere, no digital display

...about washing machines while cleaning the floor all at the same time. Needless to say it got me out of doing my own washing till I was about 17. Then I moved out. Bugger. Now I'm a lot kinder to the machines, mainly due to the fact I have to pay if I Eff it up. The wittily named Indesit Widl 126 s (get it? No, me neither) other than sounding like a manoeuvre used in potty training, is apparently quite cheap coming in at around £250- £300. Having never bought one, I wouldn't know. My landlord threw this one at me after the ancient device he had lumbered us with previously packed in. After I kicked it a few times. Oops. He does, however, guarantee me it was the best deal on the market. He proceeded to talk to me about it for weeks as if it were his darling child or a crowning achievement. The Indesit SIXL145S: Once in a Blue Moon

Advantages: Great machine!
Disadvantages: If used improperly may leave you're kitchen floor covered in detergent

...When the old family washing machine finally packed up after a good 9 year run (R.I.P) it was time to time to turn our attention towards getting a new machine to live up to the old one's speeds, reliability and general performance. It was quite a few months ago now that we were flicking through an old Argos catalogue looking for a new machine. Vax V126a versatile vac

Advantages: holds a lot of water both clean and dirty, also spot cleaner is usefull

...My review is about the VAX V126 upright vacuum cleaner, with carpet wash and spot clean feature. I bought this Vax model from a catalogue the end of last year we don't have many carpets but the couple we do have had a few stains and our old vacuum cleaner was slowly falling apart after many years of ownership. This one was recommended for pets and carpet stains by the catalogue we purchased it from. It's a 6000 watt powered cleaner with 2 litre water holder for clean water and a 2 litre water holder for the dirty water once it has been through the cleaning process and is bought back off your carpet. When these are full it turns itself off this is some form of safety feature to stop the machine over flowing and getting water into the system. Indesit Baan 12s fridge freezer

Advantages: Very good price, attractive frost free fridge freezer
Disadvantages: Rust appeared quickly, broke down after 3 years

...I bought the Indesit frost free freezer after moving house, the price was very reasonable at £229.00. The capacity of the fridge freezer is good it's fine for a family of three and my sister also has one and does okay with a family of five. The applicance is very quiet and aesthetically pleasing. There are 3 glass shelves plus 2 salad boxes which are pretty deep. There are also 3 freezer boxes with a fast freeze plus ice cube trays built into them which I must admit I hardly used. The fridge freezer was frost free and I've only had to defrost it myself once in three years which is good going, the fridge always worked very well and kept food nice and fresh, it was also very easy to keep clean. The downside was rust appeared on the inner seals pretty quickly probably within the first year. The door also dents very easily...

Good, Cheap Washer/Dryer for General Use

Advantages: Good Value, Modern Looks, Plenty of washing and drying options, Delay Function, Efficient
Disadvantages: A little noisy on spin and dry functions

...I've read a number of reviews on Indesit washer/dryers recently that have described reliability problems as a major downfall. However, I must say I've never experienced any problems at all. Our last washer/dryer was Indesit and lasted around 5 1/2 years before the drum decided it wouldn't turn anymore. That's not a bad lifespan really. Having just bought a new WIDL126S model, in Silver, we're only a couple of weeks in but again, no problems. Perhaps some people have just been unlucky (or maybe I've been lucky?). I guess those who experience problems are more likely to write reviews? Anyway, the main reason for purchasing was the good, modern looks of this appliance to fit in with our kitchen scheme, the standard sizing (it's not too deep and doesn't stick out inches from the worktop like some), and it's great value...

Indesit IS70C scored Gold!

Advantages: the indesit IS70C is lightweight and extremely quiet when on. It holds a massive 7kg of clothes
Disadvantages: The indesit IS70C has really no disadvantages other than the fact it is only energy efficient C

...I decided a few months ago due to having electric heaters than i need a tumble drier to dry my laundry being in a top floor flat. I shopped around for a good three days looking for a condenser tumble dryer that was excellent value for money which provided a machine that had a large capacity and was easy to use. I stumbled across the indesit IS70C which was everything i was looking for. It was simple to use, extremely quiet and had a massive 7kg clothes capacity and an amazing 5kg water condenser capacity. Having never brought a seperate tumble dryer before i had reservations however these soon faded. The indesit IS70C has excellent performance drying clothes extremely well and giving off little heat.
