An unwinnable case?

...I am a great fan of courtroom dramas, which is one of the reasons why I enjoy John Grisham novels so much and I pretty much look on him as the master of this genre. Therefore, when I discover a book that claims that it's 'better than Grisham or your money back' I am bound to be interested. This was the claim made by the publishers of 'The Tenth Case' which meant that I found myself compelled to read it. I do think that Grisham at his best is pretty unbeatable although not all that he writes lives up to expectations. So could this book beat, or at least match, what Grisham does? Read on... Advantages: Protects.
Disadvantages: None.

...First the technical stuff, the case is made of plastic, ethylene-vinyl acetate actually, which is a form of soft thermoplastic, including recycled materials, so you could say you are doing your bit for the environment. The outer covering is hardwearing Nylon. The carry case comes complete with a wrist strap, although personally I would not trust it. It has an improved zip, apparently the old one was prone to jamming. The picture Ciao have put up is of the old model, the new one is very similar, just a little more subtle. These cases are a good idea for keeping dust and scratches at bay, however, it may have been a better idea if the case was fitted with belt loops, so you could carry it on your belt, or a strap like binoculars have, rather than risk it slipping out of your pocket, or even leaving it in the car. ...I ordered a coat form index extra (www.indexextra.co.uk) and although i had to wait a while it did eventually come. The problem with the site is that it is hard to navigate and very slow, as you would expect with all the images but this was really slow, i also had to place my order twice and make two phone calls to the company before my order was finally accepted. They give you the option of easy payment, with which you get 10% off your order. Although it took about a week for my coat to arrive, when the site says 2 days, i was mainly pleased with the service and i now have a nice new coat. Only do certain sizes (up to a 14)...

The Curious Case Of The Overlong Movie

Advantages: An enjoyable 60 minutes
Disadvantages: A very normal final 100 minutes.

Initially expected to arrive on UK shores at Christmas the movie was delayed slightly for a February 2009 launch, this struck me as being quite odd because it certainly is one of those movies that on initial glimpses oozes Christmas cheer, under the direction of David Fincher (Alien 3, Zodiac, Se7en) this was bound to be a movie for the family to see. A case of vanity.....

Advantages: Stylish, sturdy, neutral colours.
Disadvantages: Expensive.

...Living in a 3-storey house, I figured it would be quite useful to have a box to keep bits and pieces relating to nappy changing/grooming etc in the lounge, rather than running hither & thither from one floor to the next to find whatever it was I needed. So, I shopped around at the usual suspects ? Mothercare, Toys R Us etc, but found that most of the baby changing boxes were tacky, cheap, garish or adorned with some sort of decoration.
