A couple of years ago I used weightwatchers on line, which is the same idea, but there is a subscription payable for that after the free trial period, of (when I did it) £9.99 a month. Having had another baby and gained a stone, and it being January, I felt the urge to lose weight and I saw an ad for this new Tesco's tracker and thought I'd give it a go. I lost a stone with the Weightwatchers programme, so was happy to give this one a go, all the more, since it is a free programme. HOW DOES IT WORK? Basically you start by signing up, which only takes a few minutes, and you give it your height, weight and, if you want to, your waist measurement. ...I ordered a coat form index extra (www.indexextra.co.uk) and although i had to wait a while it did eventually come. The problem with the site is that it is hard to navigate and very slow, as you would expect with all the images but this was really slow, i also had to place my order twice and make two phone calls to the company before my order was finally accepted. They give you the option of easy payment, with which you get 10% off your order. Although it took about a week for my coat to arrive, when the site says 2 days, i was mainly pleased with the service and i now have a nice new coat. Only do certain sizes (up to a 14)...

Life (minus) Tracker = Hungry Mornings!

...What would life be like with out tracker bars?? Well my life for a start, would definitely consist of many hungry mornings! Being a student, who has 8.30am lectures three days every week and who lives about an hour and a half away from university, I very rarely get time to wake up in early in the mornings to make breakfast.. If I did, I would probably have to be up at 6 instead of 6.30 and you know what, nothing is more pleasurable and enjoyable than half an hours sleep when you really do not want to be up! Advantages: Easy to shop and return any goods

...I was totally shocked to see on the news that Index/Index Extra were closing all of their high street stores, selling some off to rival Argos. Index has been making huge losses for years it seems and they can 't afford to keep their shops open. This is a total heart breaker for me as I only live a few streets away from an Index Extra inside of a Littlewoods store. This is where I used to get all of my jewellery cheap for prezzies and other things as gifts. Life just won't be the same without Index shops to go and quickly get items from. No more reserving online, or reserved for pick-up and what about the staff. I feel for those who are losing their jobs. No more bustling to the catalogue stands and checking to see if the item you want is in stock. No more little pens to put in my pocket absentmidedly, (they were always handy later on...

LOST WITHOUT INDEX EXTRA

...Being a poor student, I would be absolutely lost wuthout my Index extra catelogue. Any Item of clothing, furniture, electrical goods etc are list in the Index extra. They do, however only stock the most expensive ranges or the really cheap ranges there is no in between. Saying that, Index only stocks quality items. If you ring the order line and quote your reference number. The items are sent to you usually quite quick, however if lines are out of stock, you may have to wait several weeks. The payment sytem is ideal, you get three months to pay your balance on the goods interest free, you may pay over a longer period, but interst is added....
