Review of HP Premium Glossy Photo Paper

Hp's Premium Photo Paper.

Advantages: Excellent high-quality photo paper, produces high quality prints.
Disadvantages: None whatsoever.

...the laws of chemistry! Another thing worthy of mention is the fact the paper is in A4 format, so it may be necessary to purchase fairly large frames for your best snaps. The A4 size also makes it fantastic for portrait pictures too. While I'm no photography expert I'd say Hp's Premium Photo Paper is one of the finest quality products, producing fantastic results even with lower-end printer models like the 610 Inkjet I used. If you own a HP printer, I highly recommend buying this product for any photo printouts, as the results are simply stunning, and should be even better on a more expensive printer model. Great glossy photo paper by Epson

Advantages: excellent quality. durable and easy to use
Disadvantages: high price, low number of sheets (20) per pack

...Having Just an Epson printer to print photographs from my pc, I decided to use the manufacturers approved paper. Epson Durabrite Photo Paper is excellent for printing glossy high quality photos. And with DuraBrite pigment ink for a better bright and detailed print together with its 200gsm weight means it's ideal for photos. I bought the 20-sheet pack on line for £7.34 online and at this price its only going to be used for special photos, I also paid £1.50 for postage and packaging. This price equates to 34- 40 pence a photo so any mistakes printing are costly, but the quality is good and I haven’t had any problems as yet. So if you need to print quality pictures and you have an Epsom printer (would work in any printer as it I standard A4) I would highly recommend this paper with its glossy coating and durable...

The Perfect Picture, only by Kodak

Advantages: Perfect pictuures from home
Disadvantages: none

...compatible which means it is perfect to use on all inkjet printers, Kodak have suggested that you use Kodak Easyshare Software for the best results although I don't and still my Pictures once printed and amazing. Any printer software will still give you great results all thanks to Kodak. My Recommendation = I would definately recommend this paper to anyone, who like me, loves their photo's. It is of a very great quality and the prices are reasonable. Mind you, they're great if you usually spend loads in the shops having you photo's developed. The great thing about this paper is its double-sided which means you can print on both sides. So if you make a mistake on one side you can turn it straight over and try again, with out wasting another sheet. As with some Printer Paper you have to wait a while before you can pick it...

Kodak Picture Paper - A huge disappointment

Advantages: Not Many!!
Disadvantages: Cost, Quality of prints, Not very glossy

...This ' photo quality paper from Kodak is a huge disappointment so there is not much to write about!! First things first on the packet it says 'glossy'. I would hardly call it that. I would say it has a slight shine!! The quality of the photo prints you receive from this paper is very poor indeed. I have a great little 4 mega pixel camera which takes very high standard photos. But if I print those photos on this paper well.....they just don't look like photos!!! The cost of this paper is pretty expensive. The cheapest place I have seen it is at Office 365 and it cost £7.94 there. You could buy a lot better photo paper for that money. The only good thing I have to say about this paper is that you can print on both sides of it. Most photo paper you can only print on one side. All in all this paper has been a huge...

I'm in love with... Premium Glossy Photo Paper??

Advantages: The quality is excellent - looks just like "proper" photos
Disadvantages: You may have to fiddle with photos before printing to get it to fit!

...As I'm pretty new here I'm taking on all the comments people have given me as they come. Thought this review could do with an edit - hope it's better now! I bought this photo paper along with my new Epson Stylus Photo R300 Printer. Being slightly new to the exciting world of "print your own" photos, I thought maybe the paper made by the same company as the printer (which, incidentally, is excellent also) would be a safe bet for the first time. I am happy to say that next time I'll be buying it again. A couple of weeks ago I bought a new digital camera that takes photos of a sufficient quality to print A4 size. Of course, the traditional charming 'family and friends' photos that you take when first trying out a camera have to be printed and shown off (!) so I finally got round to setting up the printer and getting out the paper...
