...I know its another Avon review and I do promise to review something else very soon but I just had to review Avon's dry nail varnish product "Instant Manicure." Ok so as usual my story begins with my browsing the latest Avon Brochure around a month ago. I had seen Instant Manicure advertised before but as I have always bitten my nails have never bothered trying it. Anyway, Of late I had managed to grow my nails and feeling quite proud of this I though I might treat myself. The brochure states Instant Manicure is instant dry nail colour, The manicure set comes with a set of two 8 self adhesive strips that go on dry and last up to 14 days without Chipping. A Quality Instant Coffee

Advantages: Nice taste. Nice aroma. High quality

Advantages: Tastes quite nice, inexpensive, great shaped 'jar'
Disadvantages: Nothing really special, doesn't come with any 'extras'

...of the spiel on the jar I found that I could ‘Unwind with the new improved taste of Maltesers instant hot chocolate malt drink. A delicious hot chocolate treat you can share anytime with a friend, or all by yourself. A lighter way to enjoy chocolate!’ Mmm… I wonder if it tastes a bit maltesery! I was quite surprised by how much it guided you to use. 5 heaped teaspoons in a mug/cup and then top up with hot water. Alternatively this amount can be mixed with cold water in a cup/mug and then microwaved for 1½ to 2 minutes (yuck! – haven’t tried this option myself). I was also slightly disappointed to find that it was just an instant hot chocolate malt drink – when I opened the lid – easier said than done – although it has a ‘lip’ on it, it is quite stiff and slightly awkward to take off...

...If a product needs to have an advert on at 1am in the morning it can't be very good. I was having a look at all the channels when I decided to stop on Bid-up.tv just to see if them crazy people were still selling junk. Instead I found adverts for Instant Abs. It looked easy to do and only cost around £80. How it works is you sit down on the machine and move your feet around. Your feet are on a rotating bar so every time you move your feet the whole of your legs move. This helps work your abs and build them up. I was wondering if I can take legal action over the products name "Instant Abs". I looked up the word instant and it says for something to happen without warning in other words it's instant. But I didn't have these lovely ads in a click of my fingers. I used the machine for well over a month and didn't see any difference...

...We all have them really low days when we look in the mirror and think how fat we look. Well I was having one of those days. I was still up about 3am watching the rubbish on TV when I came across a shopping channel advert. Fans of Bid TV and Price Drop will know that at about 1am they get replaced with adverts by TV Warehouse, who really just advertise goods from other companies on the TV and via their website. Tesco Instant Barbecues - great great great!

Disadvantages: Only disadvantage is that its not reusable

Certainly not something modern day man or woman would describe as edible or to the preference of a pallet!! A friend of ours recommended buying Tesco Instant Disposable barbecues instead as she had found success with them previously. So with some trepidation on our part we purchased them, based on her advice. Before our little gathering we had no opportunity to test this brand, until the day of the party itself. This is where the difference became very apparent. The Tesco Disposable barbecues were SO much better and dispelled our fears within ten minutes of lighting them. ...I bought this product because i have some puffiness under my eyes and the faint beginnings of some first lines underneath and around the eyes. I'm nearly forty-one and generally don't look my age, just a little tired sometimes. I wasn't expecting any miracles from Instant Eye Lift, just a general (if temporary) tightening of the under-eye area. That would've been enough for me, and i would've considered it money well spent. I applied the product as instructed. It is easy to apply although you do have to shake the bottle to avoid a feeling of graininess in the mix. The pump action bottle is a little stiff and awkward to use. The bottle size is deceptive as it has quite a large lid, but you do get a fairly generous 3 ml.
