The Overlooked Funky 5100

Advantages: Durable, Shock,a nd everything else proof
Disadvantages: Hard buttons, iinconvenient for too much sms-ing

I thought buying more stylish and sleek business style phone would be highly inappropriate. Imagine, it?d lie in the car of somewhere ?safe? instead of being used, in case it scratches. ...Morning, Evening afternoon people, This is a review on The ALTEC 5100 5.1 PC SPEAKERS. I first saw these speakers yesterday (03/07/04) in PcWorld when i was wondering round the store looking at the Gel-Wrist Rest, and the BlueTooth wireless keyboards. I was drawn immediately to the style and compact size of this 5.1 system. My reason for being in the speaker section is that i will being going to mauritius for about 1 month in August. Braun 5100 Silk & Soft Battery Shaver

Advantages: Easy to use, attractive, long life battery
Disadvantages: Not the closest of shaves

...I was fed up of disposables going rusty after one use and wanted something that I could use over and over again. I didn't have a lot of money to spend- i just wanted a basic shaver for my legs. However, after browsing vigouresly i saw the 'Braun Silk and Soft Body Shave 5100' and thought it a good deal. I was only looking for cheap leg shaver but to my suprise, the decription stated: underarm shaving, bikini trim AND leg shaving. Along with all the other features like: 'flexible foil', 'softstrip' and 'OptiShave attatchments'. I'm probably impressed to easily, because I had no idea what each feature meant, it just sounded better compared to others in the same price range. I was very impressed when I opened it because: 1, it was so easy to use (just popped in the batteries and off i went) and 2, money off at figleaves for my purchase...

Acer Aspire L5100 - My First And Last Acer Experience

Advantages: Size
Disadvantages: Reliability, Lost data due to reliability issues

...I purchased the Aspire L5100 at the beginning of 2008. In my experience this PC is a bad buy. The pros: small design, good for those with limited space The cons: It looks good because of its compact design, but this is the problem. Because it is so small and everything is crammed together there is no room for air to circulate. The PC freezes daily and has to be unplugged to restart. Freezes increase as the weather heats up. Shortly after the warranty expired the DVD/CD began playing up. It is a daily gamble what music and videos will play. Writing discs is not even an option anymore. Having had these experiences I advise anyone considering purchase of this model to think carefully. Note. This is my second attempt writing this review as the PC froze midway....

My most likes on it is that it is very fast in processing and that has paved way for my pc to perform many things like in the case of playing games with my pc and the rest of them. Advantages: Shockproof, splashproof, full colour, polyphonics, gadgets!
Disadvantages: Quite big, no 'normal' covers available

The styling, the robustness, and the overall look suggest to me this is most likely to be seen in the baggy pockets of the skateboarders in your local town centre! That's not to say that this phone wont appeal to others. I've just purchased one of these for my girlfriend who wanted a colour phone with all the toys, but didn't want to spend a fortune. Advantages: VERY HIGH SPEED IN PROCESSING

...I got this just for two reasons; the number one reason is that my other Intel seems to be outdated and the number two reasons is that I wanted a more advanced and faster processor for my PC gaming so I had to buy this for these reasons. 5100-best outdoors phone for reasonable £

Advantages: Durable,sturdy and "anything"- proof
Disadvantages: Radio drains battery,impossible with gloves.

...First off,i'm very much outdoors,generally sleep one third of the year outside. At least before i had my daughter but that is a different matter. Anyhow i had another phone before the 5100 ( a 3310) and it really didn't go well with the elements. Batterytime on a "standard" office phone is all good and well but when you get out and the mercury drops to zero you cant use it. Heck even on a brisk fall day it goes out quicker than Foreman vs Ali -74...(Okey that was lame analogy it took 8 rounds but i like sports too..) My point is that i actually put my little phone through quite an ordeal and it still came through for me.1.Camping i n minus 5 not a problem,played that parachute game and went to sleep.BTW i dont know exactly how accurate that thermometer is but its very useful. 2.Dropped it (not on purpose) from a 9ft boulder brushed it...
