Budget quality Ipod interface

Advantages: Looks good, excellent build quality, amazing value for money.
Disadvantages: Lots of wires to hide, uses ciggarette lighter instead of main supply.

The screen and hand controls are heavy and feel of excellent quality made up of a mixture of metal and plastic. However the Ipod interface itself which would be hidden away fixxed behind the dash or under a seat dose not have the same quality feel, it feels plastic and cheap,saying this but it has never gone wrong so the workings must be reflect higher quality than the packaging suggests. Instalation is simple but rather time consuming due to the large amount of wires to be hidden. The only downfall is the power supply comming from the ciggarette lighter instead of a main supply. The Best phone and user interface i have ever come across

...i have had many phones in the past but this is by far the best and i think it will be remembered in history. the user interface is brilliant and its one of the best products i have used. It uses 3g and wifi to connect to the internet and this is very handy when you are out and about, especially using the never ending list of applications provided by apple and 3rd parties. the camera is worse than average for a smart phone made by a great company. with only 2 mega pixels i think they could really do with increasing this and they could also have a video function. the last bad point is that it hasn't got flash which can be annoying at times, but overall it is a brilliant product which is great for the price, as long as you buy it on contract, i wouldn't bother with a pay as you go one as you do have to pay £10 a moth after 12 months to get...

There are also 2 1/4 input for instruments. It works really well for my acoustic, although I would prefer to use the condenser mics to record, since they give a fuller tone. Supported with firewire connection, there is no latency, and it allows you to record up to 192Kb, which is satisfactiory for professional recording. The interface has a solid look, with white silver color and very stable. I've been using it for 1 year and I've never had a problem with the hardware. A great scanner - shame about the interface.

Advantages: Superb quality images and amazing ICE dust removal
Disadvantages: Poor user interface & price (especially for the optional APS adaptor)

The print quality from these scanned images is excellent, even big enlargements, and any problems seen on the prints (poor focus, grainy appearance etc.) are down to the original photo, not the scanner. I've also found that some old sets of prints which appeared to be out of focus or have a strange colour tint were actually not printed properly by the processor the first time round, and that the scanned digital images are much better than the original prints. This scanner has lots of bells and whistles, all accessed via the user interface (more about this below), but by far the most amazing feature is the automatic removal of dust and scratches from the negatives. ...Amongst audio interfaces this is unique for having both audio/midi ports as well as the light-up top knob and buttons. These can be asisgned to functions in a wide range of audio DAWs from Apple's Garageband to Logic and Cubase. The unit is simple to install and use although I did have to download the latest drivers for it to be recognised on a USB port. With two audio inputs, guitar and a microphone or other instruments can be quickly setup. The back plate includes MIDI in and out ports to complete the connectivity. Once connected it immediately offers high-end audio clarity and 3ms latency which ensures you hear straightaway the music you're playing. Although this unit is now a few years old, its sturdy construction and versatility make it a better option than the newer Guitar Rig Sessions 3 XE device....

The first thing I noticed is the clunky interface. I find the profile setup/configuration screen confusing and complicated. It uses a ton of tabs and checkbox listboxes. It also breaks out the options for each type of item that is being synchronized into a separate tab. My preference would be a drill down style, where you select the type of data that you want to sync, and then drill down into the options for that item.
