...The iPod Touch 2nd Gen 8gb is an all round useful piece of equipment, from listening to music, to surfing the net, with useful apps, it makes a great gift. it also has built in speakers you do not need to carry the headphones if you dont want to. it also has a very reasonable price and is very compact so you can take it anywhere . the only disadvantages that i have seen is the sliding bars (e.g. brightness) are very hard to move and the battery doesnt last for very long. a good point about it is thawt the screen is virtualy impossible to scratch.The bottom line is the second-generation iPod Touch includes features that are light-years ahead of the competition, its design has improved, and its price has finally come down to earth....

When i decided to purchase mind, i noticed what i bought was thinner, had a bigger storage of 32GB, an internal speaker, the touch screen feature is wonderful and 3D graphics. With this, you even don't need to worry yourself about headphones if yours gets bad or missing. ...This is a great product to have/own. The touch facility is amazing, and is extremely easy use. I got this for christmas, and I haven't put it down since. If you have had an iPod before, then it is exactly the same to put music/videos etc onto the Touch. The app (application) store is also great and easy to function. Although, I think the speakers could be much louder, but at least there are speakers. Podcasts are great on this too, just go to the app store, find the podcast you want, download it, and you have a podcast of your iPod Touch. The sound quality is brilliant. It is extremely easy to use. Looks legendary. Has an AMAZING range of features. And lastly is amazing value for money and a must have item....

Advantages: Fits easily into your pocket, battery life is superb.

I received my iPod 4GB Nano for Christmas 2007. When i took off the wrapping, i was very surprised at how small the packaging was. Just a little clear plastic box with enough space to hold the iPod Nano itself, USB lead, headphones and some simple instructions. Im a big fan of small packaging and don't like to see items with alot of wastage packaging so I was very pleased with how the iPod was packaged. When i took out the iPod Nano, i was surprised at how slim it was, and also it is very light. The Ipod Nano four gigabyte and lesser sized one and two giga byte versions also do not have built in radio, which is a part of the latest and pricier mobile phones on the market. ...The item itself is excellent, easy to use, sounds great, and fits neatly into any pocket.The only problem is with the loading of all my cd's into itunes to put themon my nano. I had to import all the song titles manually and then search the internet for the cd artwork and drag it across as itunes had NONE!!!. When I then put it all onto my Nano when the cd was playing only the first track showed the artwork so I had to copy it to every track for every album. To say that Apple have sold millions of these devices over many years (we're now on the 3rd Gen) it's about time they got the itunes updated with a lot more info....

...The new Ipod 3rd generation nano is a new way to have everything an Ipod offers in a smaller, easier to manage form, this new Ipod covers: Music, videos, photos, podcasts and extras which include games, notes and alarms. In my opinion the 8GB storage space is the best option, it gives you the ability to hold your favorite few films whilst still being able to store all your music, the screen although not massive is reasonably large enough to be able to watch videos on and has good picture quality. The newer Ipod nano seems to be tougher that the older nano's, small drops are no longer a worry of broken screens or freezing. One thing I would note about the Ipod is its battery life, in my own experience it seems that it can suddenly drain very quickly, one in particular is in the car try not to leave your Ipod playing if it does...

Rather than explain the good points to you (as that would take far too long as, generally, the standard is superb), I will list negative points: 1. A low fuzz can be heard in some songs, in some it's more prominent than others. It's on completely random songs i.e not just on downloads, songs off CDs, etc - it's a combination. However I've had this problem on no other ipods that I've used, including the same generation, so I put this down to being unlucky and getting a dud set of ear-pieces. 2. This happens very rarely, but sometimes it can be tricky to use the click wheel. 3. It, again - rarely, freezes/spontaneously resets.
