iPod Nano 4 GB Silver

Advantages: Fits easily into your pocket, battery life is superb.
Disadvantages: fiddly control wheel. Screen scratches easily.

...After owning many MP3 players in the past, i finally ended up with an iPod. I've never been a fan of the iPod, as i have always felt that they were expensive and just a style accessory. I received my iPod 4GB Nano for Christmas 2007. When i took off the wrapping, i was very surprised at how small the packaging was. Just a little clear plastic box with enough space to hold the iPod Nano itself, USB lead, headphones and some simple instructions. Im a big fan of small packaging and don't like to see items with alot of wastage packaging so I was very pleased with how the iPod was packaged. When i took out the iPod Nano, i was surprised at how slim it was, and also it is very light. I don't even notice it in my pocket unlike other MP3 players i have had in the past which have been on the bulky side. I needed to charge it via the pc and USB...

iPod nano four giga byte silver

Disadvantages: Read full review to find out.

...appears only to amplify the treble ranges. The hand dial that is used to change song selection and the volume adjustment is a clumsy awkward feature here. Moving the dial up often moves the cursor graphic downwards, and nothing is particularly consistent. I have had a couple of cheap mp3 players in the past and although this one looks better and is much more user friendly, there is not much difference in sound quality despite the price difference. The Ipod Nano four gigabyte and lesser sized one and two giga byte versions also do not have built in radio, which is a part of the latest and pricier mobile phones on the market. The Liquid Crystal Display screen is a small two inches. This raises the issue of the screen being small. Though, I personally would not consider watching a film on a two inch screen as the experience would not...

I-Pod Nano 4GB

Advantages: Video Playback
Disadvantages: None

...The I-Pod Nano 4GB is an excellent mp3 player. I paid £99 for my one of these but you can sometimes get them cheaper. It was worth every penny as this mp3 player can do pretty much anything. With up to 24 hours of music playback and 5 hours of video playback you cant ask for much more than that. The I-Pod Nano is so easy to use. You can browse by artist, genre, album and much more. You can even browse by the album front cover and flip the cover to see the track listing. You can use the click wheel to adjust the volume to your liking. The I-Pod Nano makes your music look as good as it sounds with its brand new features. It has a very bright screen, which makes it all look much nicer. You can put thousands of TV shows on your I-Pod Nano, which are available to download directly from your I-Tunes online store. You can download thousands...

Ipod Nano 4gb 3rd gen

Advantages: small
Disadvantages: not so easy for first time user

...The item itself is excellent, easy to use, sounds great, and fits neatly into any pocket. The only problem is with the loading of all my cd's into itunes to put themon my nano. I had to import all the song titles manually and then search the internet for the cd artwork and drag it across as itunes had NONE!!!. When I then put it all onto my Nano when the cd was playing only the first track showed the artwork so I had to copy it to every track for every album. To say that Apple have sold millions of these devices over many years (we're now on the 3rd Gen) it's about time they got the itunes updated with a lot more info....

Ipod 3rd Generation Ipod Nano

Advantages: Good Storage, A Good All Rounder, Tougher Than Older Models.
Disadvantages: Bad Battery Life.

...The new Ipod 3rd generation nano is a new way to have everything an Ipod offers in a smaller, easier to manage form, this new Ipod covers: Music, videos, photos, podcasts and extras which include games, notes and alarms. In my opinion the 8GB storage space is the best option, it gives you the ability to hold your favorite few films whilst still being able to store all your music, the screen although not massive is reasonably large enough to be able to watch videos on and has good picture quality. The newer Ipod nano seems to be tougher that the older nano's, small drops are no longer a worry of broken screens or freezing. One thing I would note about the Ipod is its battery life, in my own experience it seems that it can suddenly drain very quickly, one in particular is in the car try not to leave your Ipod playing if it does...

iPod Nano, 3rd Generation Review

Advantages: Easy to use, generally good quality sound (see later), durable.
Disadvantages: Sound quality (see later), could be MORE reliable.

...Hi guys! If your after something small, light, easy to use and is great quality, this is the product for you. Rather than explain the good points to you (as that would take far too long as, generally, the standard is superb), I will list negative points: 1. A low fuzz can be heard in some songs, in some it's more prominent than others. It's on completely random songs i.e not just on downloads, songs off CDs, etc - it's a combination. However I've had this problem on no other ipods that I've used, including the same generation, so I put this down to being unlucky and getting a dud set of ear-pieces. 2. This happens very rarely, but sometimes it can be tricky to use the click wheel. 3. It, again - rarely, freezes/spontaneously resets. However this can be solved (though this need not be done when it automatically has reset...

iPod Nano 4GB 3rd Gen player

Advantages: Large capacity, bright display, easy use, nice design, Long battery life
Disadvantages: Click wheel is a bit sensitive, price (£89 up over).

...When I first received this iPod in the mail, I was taken back! I have seen these before in real life and online, and honestly; they don't look so small and thin! They look really nice, and the sound quality is incredible! Music takes like no time to load onto the iPod through iTunes. And when you're in the player, you can listen to music, watch videos, podcasts, TV Shows, Play games, store contacts, notes and it even keeps you up to date on the time ^^. Looks: 10/10 Sound: 10/10 Quality 20/10 I would recommend buying a metal case when you purchase it though, as the back WILL scratch like hell unless you protect it! The screen is amazingly bright and clear, and the click-wheel makes navigating easy as pie. The wheel is a bit sensitive though. Amazing product, would recommend....

Have some fun in your life with the iPod Nano 3rd generation

Advantages: Music, video, pictures, nice and small
Disadvantages: Screen is kinda small for videos and earphones break

...off even if your iPod is switched off you can make it play your own music, then you have some built in games to play on the go, notes, screen lock and a stop watch for the sporty type. Its 8GB, so you can have 1000 songs, 4 hours of video and 3500 pictures. I have put a few videos on this and since the screen is small it sort of goes a little blurry, but not too much that you can't see the video. It comes in Silver, Black, Red, Green and Light Blue. You move around the wheel (the circle) to ajust the sound and move up and down the menu or artists. Even if your sound is down at the lowest you can still here well aslong as youve not made it completely silent. Sadly the headphones broke quickly, and so did my sisters and most peoples. They cost alot to get new ones, so if yours break just buy regular earphones they work just as good. You...

iPod Nano 3rd Gen

Advantages: Doubles as a mirror, good sound quality, nice appearance
Disadvantages: Easily scratched, prone to crashing

...You just have to love the iPod nano. Yes, so maybe there are a few tiny issues with it, but when you look at it and consider the cute, chic design of the thing- how can you not fall in love with it? I hate to be anywhere without my music, and the nano is the perfect way to carry my music with me. Small enough to fit in my pocket, with more than enough memory to store all my songs on it, and excellent sound quality, the iPod nano 3rd gen is a must-have. I also love the fact that it stores videos and photos, almost like carrying a mini-version of my computer around with me. The design is also exceptionally well thought-out - the back of the nano doubles as a mirror, and the matte finish on the front of the nano gives it a high-quality, classy appearance. There are a few bad points though- - The mirror back of the nano is...

iKnow iLove iPod

Advantages: Excellent sound quality, superb battery life, large capacity
Disadvantages: None

...*** Apple iPod Nano video 4GB Third Generation *** I think we can all agree that there probably aren't many people who haven't heard of the iPod. Over the last few years it has revolutionised the way we listen to music, in particular whilst on the move. Go anywhere these days, a bus or train journey, or simply a walk into town and I guarantee you will see people listening to their iPods. The characteristic white headphones are easy to spot and whilst the iPod will probably be tucked into a pocket out of sight, you can be sure its there, filled with whatever music the owner desires. Although there are many other MP3 players on the market, the iPod seems to reign high over all the others. So what exactly is it that has made the iPod so pervasive? Lets find out? *** What is it? *** The Apple iPod in essence started life as...
