...I've never owned an MP3 player before, in fact, I've been dreading buying one for a good few years because I thought they'd be so complicated to use. A few weeks ago, I finally decided I'd get with the times and buy one. Not having a clue about MP3 players, I took the store assistants advice and bought this. It's got 16GB of memory and can hold up to 4000 songs, at the moment I've got about 35 albums on it and I haven't even used one thenth of it's memory. It's so easy to download and transfer from my own CD collection it's unbelieveable. You simply put your CD into your computer, it'll ask if you want to "import this CD to itunes" - click "yes" and it does it. Ipod nano shakes things up!

Advantages: Very durable, Great features, Slim design, Good video and photo capabilities
Disadvantages: I-tunes is quite tempermental, Album arts sometimes get scrambled with each other

...After always relying on my phone and 'shoddy' mp3 players to listen to music on it was way overdue that i buy an ipod. When first bought i did feel slightly cheated as it comes in such a small box - it hardly seemed worth the price tag. However once opened the design and feel amazed me at once. I went for the more classic colour of black and also purchased a leather black case to protect it. Nine months on my ipod still looks brand new and is still delivering the amazing sound quality it did from day one. I love that you can shake the ipod to shuffle the songs this is a very quirky touch. It comes with three built in games also which make very good use of the built in accelometer and can really bust boredom whilst waiting around. The landscape mode means that watching videos on the ipod nano is a much more enjoyable experience...

Advantages: extreamly stylish

...ipod nano 4th generation fantastic product! i have owned many ipod's before but have found this one to be far better than any ipod before. the new slim version is extreamly sleek and stylish. a real head turner. the sound is much clearer and headphones last alot longer. the new video featuer on the ipod nano not just on the ipod video makes this an extreamly good buy. very very user friendly with hardly any bug's the new genius feature which links songs which go well together makes light work of creating playlists. the bright colours on both the case and on the screen make this product stand out in a crowd. and being 8 GB this ipod nano will hold alot of songs....

...i think that the new ipod nano has a great modern design that is so thin it slides into your pocket and you don't feel it at all. The range of bright colors make the ipod more personal. in my opinion the sound quality is ok but the earphones are cheap which reduces the quality. the battery lasts for ages and doesn't take long to charge at all. When you plug the ipod into your PC or MAC the software itunes that comes with it automatically updates it with music you have on the computer. it also updates the ipod as well. you can put podcasts on with a few clicks of the mouse which saves you time. You can also turn the ipod on it's side so you can view album covers or video's in a bigger viewing mode....

Ipod Nano

...Looks This Ipod is very stylish, I love the baby blue colour of it. Its small and sleek which can only be a good thing. The stainless steel back also adds to the looks but unfortunately it does scratch easily so care must be taken not to scratch it. Belkin Folio Ipod Nano White Case

Advantages: Clean, Tough, Looks very well built

...When I purchased my Ipod nano, I have heard plenty about how easily they are damaged so I made sure along side its purchase I ordered a case. I chose this on because it was a Belkin case which I like that brand. It also was white to match the Ipod and it also looked quite appealing to me for my tastes. Unfortunately the case was quite expensive coming in at about 15 pounds from the apple website but at least I was pleased to se it came with a "free/something to make it seem like your money was well spent" screen protector. The protector itself is a little film of plastic that is non-adhesive so it does not stick to your screen for easy removal. The case is made of nice looking quality leather. It is stitched so it's not just cheaply glued together. The inside is very soft and smooth so it is not to scratch the delicate mirror...
