Apple iPod shuffle 4Gb

...I recently bought this product for my husband's birthday from Argos for £59. Cat. No. 513/9392. I was very impressed by how small it was considering it holds 1000 songs. The i pod is silver and measures 4.52cm high, 1.75cm wide and 0.78 cm depth and weighs 10.7g. It is very samooth and sleek and can be attached to clothes, with a built - in stainless steel clip that has the apple logo on it. Once charged the battery life is an amazing 10 hours. Ipod shuffle.

Advantages: The clip feature and sound quality.
Disadvantages: Not many features

...I love my ipod shuffle. I do have an ipod nano as well, but I find that i'm using the shuffle more and more over the nano. Firstly I find that the size and design of the shuffle (clip feature) is far more useful than the nano, it means you don't have to worry about having a pocket to put it in and is particularly useful for situations like the gym. You also don't have to worry about the screen getting scratched as obviously there isn't one! The battery life is great lasting a good 10 hours before it needs recharging. I paid £22 for mine off bigpockets when they were selling all the old models off cheaper which is no doubt an absolute bargain. ...I recently received an Ipod shuffle as a gift. I am very happy with the product. It is easy to use and comes with a nice little stand charger. Also it's not bulky, so you can actually take it places without feeling hindered by the mass. What's unique about this model is that it has both a shuffle and a continuous stream button. This means that if you record lectures on it, they won't be automatically shuffled, you can always scan for the subject you are looking for and stream continuously. On a full charge the shuffle lasts over 10 hours. I personally love that i can hold it in the palm of my hands and have an assured source of entertainment on a plain or during commuting times. ...i really dont like this mp3 player. yes it holds alot of songs and its small but you can't see what song your playing you have to skip through them untill you find it. the earphones that apple supply with the shuffle break easily i had mine for about 4 months before they stopped working and that was due to normal use. the battery life isn't that good either if your just letting it play through without skipping then it isn't bad but the more you skip or pause the quicker your battery runs out and that is the downfall of no batteries as you have to wait untill you are at a computer before you can charge it. itunes also automatically updates your ipod so if there is a song that has been deleted from itunes but you want it on your ipod its tough it gets deleted anyway....

...This is a great little mp3 player for those people that are always on the go or those of you that just don't have room in your pocket for one of the bigger ipods. Its 1GB memory capacity may seem small in comparison to the bigger 20GB n 40GB but its better for those of you that like to limit yourself to a smaller selection of songs instead of being lost in all those songs you never listen to. One feature i think that this ipod shuffle is missing is a repeat button. Sometimes i just have one song I wish I could listen to over and over but to do that I need to hit back everytime the song finishes. Also the fact that the ipod uses the jack to charge instead of something similar to other ipods limit what you can buy for it to go along with it. Some of the features can be tricky to master at first but in time its all very simple...

...I love my ipod shuffle it is cute, small and it packs a punch and a half. This is amazing value i mean you can't go wrong paying at most £50. I mean any one who wants something easy to use, small, that plays your music as loud as ur ears can take then this is the musical device for you. ...- I would suggest play.com or amazon.co.uk 2GB The Ipod shuffle was originally released with a 1GB memory capacity but this newer version now comes with double the capacity of 2GB. I personally find this a much better size and can fit around 300 to 400 songs on. Of course if you only want about 150 to 200 songs then the smaller size version would be better but at only a small increase in price the 2GB version is definitely the right choice to make and will leave you listening to all those great songs for hours on end! Other accessories: There are hundreds of different accessories you can purchase to enhance your little ipod shuffle. There are cool skins to protect it and a variety of cases and straps or armbands to hold it in. There is also a car charger and even a waterproof case for it! ...I was given this ipod as a present and I was very happy since my old mp3 was very unreliable and stopped working completely. However, if I had been given the choice I would not have chosen this particular one. Although it is very good value for money, the design lets it down. I like to fill my ipod with random music from downloads or friends. I can walk along the street happily listening to new songs but unfortunately I can not find out who I am listening too! Yes, I can come home and plug it into the computer and click on every single track to find out but the whole point of the ipod is for music on the go (having to plug the ipod into the computer to charge it everyday because it only lasts a few hours is also very irritating) Very clever to make extra money from everyone running out to by plug in chargers. ...I've only started to use my Ipod shuffle in the last few weeks, despite having it since Xmas 2007, as it took me ages to get round to installing Itunes.
