Advantages: Attractive, easy to use touch screen and applications
Disadvantages: Expensive and the headphones are not very durable

...In my opinion the iPod touch is the best in the MP3 player category. With features such as the applications and album artwork it is much more than just a music playing device. However, I would recommend most music listeners to go for a higher memory option. The headphones are not very durable however, and are expensive to replace. That s one drawback of the iPod, all the accessories and software updates tend to be expensive. With the accessories it may be best to look elsewhere than the official Apple products as there are good alternatives. Unless you want a simple music player, in which case I would recommend the iPod shuffle, I think this easily beats the competition in attractiveness and, like most Apple products, just being cool! Its is not the cheapest in its category, but I think it is without a doubt the best....

Advantages: extreme usefulness

...the apple ipod touch 32GB is the best value for money in my eyes when it comes to versitility, durability and capacity although the capacity is put to shame by that of the ipod video which has about 100GB it is still plenty of space for all your application, music and video needs. versitility: the ipod touch contains an itunes app store with over 10,000 application to do anything form straightening a picture to practising guitar in cramped conditions, but if your not into those it also has thousands more practical apps such as a mobile internet browser and a scientific calculator. durability: I personaly have an ipod touch and form the time i got it i must have dropped it at least 20 times on concrete and stone floors until I finally made the clever descision to just buy a case but before that i found that the ipod touch can take...

Advantages: Very cool and sexy, Packed with features, Good sound quality through headphones,

If you are wanting an MP3 player that will just play your music then you may be put off the iPod touch as for the same price you can have a considerably bigger music player. However the Album Art scrolling feature- known as Cover Flow make it more interesting, and there is nothing more fun than scrolling through your albums with your fingers! However this is a lot more than an MP3 player. Although it will hold 2000 songs or tonnes of videos it also has a lot more features built in. I love My Ipod Touch

Advantages: Responsive, durable, easy to use and fun
Disadvantages: A little too thin and you need access to a computer

...I love my Ipod Touch so much that I want to purchase the Iphone. I use it all the time especially because I travel a lot with my family. I am a movie junkie and this way I can also keep my 7yr old occupied with cartoons, games or music. The touch is excellent, there is a note pad and the keys are precise to the touch. I use it to write notes at work, shopping list or even if I am traveling I write down things I want to remember about the trip so I can write it in my journal even though, I am sure there is a journal application you can download but I like to write. There is also a calendar, phone book, calculator; you can also load all your pictures and a lot of other goodies that are already loaded for you. The head phones are very durable. I bought my first iPod 3 years ago, the iPod 4 GB mini, I was quite pleased at first but after a while the battery stopped working, but it remains to be seen whether or not this is the case with the Touch. Advantages: Good music player, good apps
Disadvantages: only 7.01gb. can only fit 1100 songs

...This is the best gadget i own, it combines decent mini games, music and social networking in one easy package. It has made using facebook alot easier, so i don't have to tun on my laptop every time i want to check it. true, the app for facebook closes down when i try to chat with some people, but thats the only hitch. along with e-buddy its the best facebook mobile out there. The mini games are quite good, but not worth buying the ipod purely for them though. many games are free, but the best ones cost about 60p to £2. i would recommend pocket god, which is addictive. then theres the music player, which is as good as any ipod out there. the reason why i give it only 4 stars is because whilst it claims it can fit 1750 songs on it you would be able to get at most about 1100 songs on it without any apps on the device as well. also it...

ipod touch - wow

Advantages: wide, touch screen
Disadvantages: keyboard difficulty if any

...Wow. Touch meets iPod, a perfect combination! the 3.5 inch screen is beautiful, the sound quality is excellent as usual, and it is surprisingly light. The internet is virtually full as normal, with the exception of games. The keyboard is difficult at first, but this is a minor setback. the youtube video player utilises the widescreen excellently, complimented by the perfect sound quality. If jailbroken, games and other application are available. In my opinion 8GB is enough storage, but if you have thousands of tracks or several series of videos, then you may be better to choose the 16 or even new 32GB ipod touch. It evens allows me to do this review on it! An excellent iPod, definitely worth the £200 rrp....
