Advantages: Attractive, easy to use touch screen and applications
Disadvantages: Expensive and the headphones are not very durable

...In my opinion the iPod touch is the best in the MP3 player category. With features such as the applications and album artwork it is much more than just a music playing device. However, I would recommend most music listeners to go for a higher memory option. The headphones are not very durable however, and are expensive to replace. That s one drawback of the iPod, all the accessories and software updates tend to be expensive. With the accessories it may be best to look elsewhere than the official Apple products as there are good alternatives. Unless you want a simple music player, in which case I would recommend the iPod shuffle, I think this easily beats the competition in attractiveness and, like most Apple products, just being cool! Its is not the cheapest in its category, but I think it is without a doubt the best....

Review of 32GB ipod touch

Advantages: extreme usefulness

...the apple ipod touch 32GB is the best value for money in my eyes when it comes to versitility, durability and capacity although the capacity is put to shame by that of the ipod video which has about 100GB it is still plenty of space for all your application, music and video needs. versitility: the ipod touch contains an itunes app store with over 10,000 application to do anything form straightening a picture to practising guitar in cramped conditions, but if your not into those it also has thousands more practical apps such as a mobile internet browser and a scientific calculator. durability: I personaly have an ipod touch and form the time i got it i must have dropped it at least 20 times on concrete and stone floors until I finally made the clever descision to just buy a case but before that i found that the ipod touch can take...

IPod Touch/ Itouch. Review

Advantages: Fun and can hold lots of videos, music and games.
Disadvantages: Can't lock it when watching something

It is great to put on a film to watch at a time when you are bored such as on a train or on your lunch break at work! Technical bits (explained!) As I mentioned above in the storage section, this particular iPod Touch is the 8GB one, it is currently only available in black but I am sure they will soon come out with more colours as they have done with previous iPods. The wireless works at 802.11 b/g (meaning that it works at a nice speedy pace!) The colour display screen is 3.5 inch (diagonal) and is 320 by 480 pixels (nice clear, good quality screen). I bought my first iPod 3 years ago, the iPod 4 GB mini, I was quite pleased at first but after a while the battery stopped working, but it remains to be seen whether or not this is the case with the Touch. I spent quite a while looking around for the best price, in the end I opted for eBay! I now think that I should've waited for the right one to come around, I chose to buy a new one for £150. ipod touch - wow

Advantages: wide, touch screen

...Wow. Touch meets iPod, a perfect combination! the 3.5 inch screen is beautiful, the sound quality is excellent as usual, and it is surprisingly light. The internet is virtually full as normal, with the exception of games. The keyboard is difficult at first, but this is a minor setback. the youtube video player utilises the widescreen excellently, complimented by the perfect sound quality. If jailbroken, games and other application are available. In my opinion 8GB is enough storage, but if you have thousands of tracks or several series of videos, then you may be better to choose the 16 or even new 32GB ipod touch. It evens allows me to do this review on it! An excellent iPod, definitely worth the £200 rrp....
