...Great Product, i have had mine for about a year and find it very good! Easily transfer songs via itunes then listen to them on the go without any problems! Only disadvantages that i can think of is that it can get scratched very easily, and that some times it freezes up! ...at the moment and that takes up 4Gb so if i keep going like that I would be able to store around 9400 so i think apple were cautious in this fact but i guess it depends how long your songs are. PlayLists you can make playlists for your songs so that only your favorites or one type of music is played at a time. The only bad thing about this is is that you can play a random order of all your music but not for your playlists so if you pick an order for your music you cannot randomly change it. Because you have so much room, there is plenty of space for your photos and videos. These are great to have with you to show your mates and to watch on those long journeys. ...with the IPOD. Updating the IPOD from a PC is straight-forwarded and usually done automatically when you recharge. You are also able to upload digital photo's from your camera directly to the IPOD. This is one of the reasons why I bought it as I travel quite a bit and always find myself out of memory space on my digital camera. Now, I can upload the photo's to the IPOD and carry on shooting. You do need an extra cable though-which adds to the cost of course. I do find charging the IPOD a pain as you have to plug it into a PC though the USB cable provided. You are able to purchase a seperate mains adapter-approx £30-again spending even more money. In short, after buying some extra bits like fashionable covers, charger, transfer cable etc. I am very pleased with my IPOD-much happier than I would have been with the Sony....

...Hi people, I own one of theese and think theyre great. pepoele say that you need the 80gb to be able to use it in any way at all but you dont. On mine i have 257 songs and 8 hours of vieo and it hasnt used no where near an 8th of the memory. the sound quality is great video playback is great and the battery life is unbeliveable. the games are a bit poor but otherwise very good buy!!!
