Why do so many ops fall short of the mark

Advantages: Telecommunications ops can have a lot of useful consumer advice
Disadvantages: Many are not very useful

...It has been claimed that the "easy way to make money at Ciao" is by writing in the telecommunications section, and it is true that this is an area that offers a lot of opportunities, as we have become more "connected". Gone are the days of a state-run monopoly operating being most people's general experience with "Telecommunications" as many of use probably now no longer just get a bill from BT...

Advantages: Ciao ratings on Handsets, ISP's, Phone companies
Disadvantages: Boring to read opinions for pleasure

...=21121) Its the best I have read in that section. (and believe me I have read 'em all) The only change that should be made to Telecommunications is to rename it to Office & Communications and target it to the 'golden user' i.e. the 35-year-old large disposable income, BMW etc. Maybe they could do a deal with Office World, Staples, Viking etc. but then again maybe they couldn't....

Advantages: small with a cool little clip
Disadvantages: screenless - but do you need all those extras features?
