ITV Player - Plays The Programmes You Miss

From reading previous reviews on ITV Player I was expecting lengthy breaks with lots of adverts sporadically placed throughout the programme. This wasn?t the case; the adverts were scheduled as they would be on the television. However they weren?t as lengthy. For example the Aviva sponsorship advert was followed by 3 short Natwest banking adverts before the programme resumed. The quality of the programme wasn?t as it would be on your LCD/Plasma television, but it wasn?t too bad. Some of the picture became grainy/pixilated, especially when there was a dark background or a lot of fast movement, but overall I would say that for an internet stream the quality was quite good, certainly much better than...

Disadvantages: Well, there are some songs that none of us like...

...The year was 2001. Where I had no taste in modern music at all. (And I still don't to be honest). A 'French' house song reached number 2 in the UK Charts. The song was Starlight, and in all my life I had never heard a song as good as that could bring me in a happy mood. Considering that I think that Starlight is quite underrated, it didn't get enough fame - it only reached number 2. That made The Supermen Lovers a One Hit Wonder. But Starlight stayed in the top 10 European charts for an outstanding three weeks. But that still didn't give it enough attention. I think that people should reconsider that Starlight is a great pop song, it got me into more of The Supermen Lovers songs that I admire myself. ..., it marks it by bevelling the box, which at times makes it harder to tell which file you selected. When you've found a file you want to play, just press 'Play' or 'Enter'. Once it has finished playing a file, it will move to the next one. I've found that the DVD-500 plays DivX files well with no loss of quality. These were DivX files on CD-R and DVD-R. These files are highly compressed Video files in the AVI format (has the extension .avi). I've also managed to play Mpeg (.mpg) video files but found that the player does not support WMV (Windows Media Video) and simply skips the file altogether. The player is also able to play MP3 files. A few niggles with playing files though is the navigation. Although easy, it still does take a second (possibly half a second) to move from track to track so it's definitely not very zippy.
